Pros:
Central location / city centre
Friendly and helpful staff (generally)
Good, varied and fresh breakfast
Clean and modern renovated rooms (for many guests)
Comfortable beds and quiet atmosphere (reported by several guests)
Cons:
No on-site/free parking; partner parking is paid (~€16–18) and perceived as misleading
Some very small/cramped rooms and narrow bathrooms
Occasional cleanliness problems (hair on bed, bug reported)
Air conditioning noisy or ineffective in some rooms
At least one report of rude staff behavior during breakfast service

Categories

Cleanliness
7
Mixed reports: many guests describe rooms as clean and the hotel as well-maintained, but several reviews note cleanliness problems (hair on bed, a bug, German 'Sauberkeit' complaint) reducing confidence.
Service
9.5
Mostly positive: multiple comments praise friendly, helpful and polite staff; one notable negative incident (rude staff member during breakfast) but overall staff friendliness is frequently highlighted.
Location
10
Consistently excellent: repeatedly mentioned as central, in the city centre and a major convenience for guests.
Room Quality
7.5
Mixed: some guests loved modern, newly renovated and well-furnished rooms and large spaces; several guests repeatedly reported very small rooms and cramped bathrooms.
Amenities
7.5
Issues with specific amenities: parking is not on-site and is paid (partner parking ~€16-18), some rooms lacked effective air conditioning or had noisy units; general amenities otherwise standard.
Value for Money
8
Some guests found the hotel overpriced (parking charges and perceived high room price); others felt the location and breakfast justified the cost, resulting in a slightly above-average score.
Food and Beverage
9.5
Strongly positive: breakfast repeatedly described as good, fresh and diverse (satisfying buffet and varied options) across multiple reviews.
Overall Experience
9
Generally positive overall: many guests recommend the hotel, praising location, breakfast and staff, though issues with room size, parking and occasional cleanliness incidents moderate the experience.

Old and dirty
Cons:

- It wasn’t clean, the sheets had spots on them
- We didn’t have a glass wall for the shower. It was open and the space was very small
- The towels were dirty
- The halls had very old and dirty carpets
- The breakfast looked like it was from last week, all the vegetables and the pastries looked bad
