Komunikace s hotelem byla perfektní. Potřebovala jsem parking, ale měli plno, nicméně mne odeslali na blízké parkoviště a dobře poradili abych ušetřila na parkovném.

Cons:

Pokoj byl sice velký a rodinný, ale byl ohnilý práh u dveří koupelny, starý smradlavý koberec na zemi, díra v povlečení a díra v předložce v koupelně, zrezivělý držák na toaletní papír, plesnivý sprchový kout a sprchová hlavice co si dělala co chtěla.Za mne poměr ceny a kvality ubytování se vůbec nepotkával. Snídaně také nic moc.

Bardzo przyjazna obsługa hotelowa. Znakomite położenie w ścisłym centrum miasta. Dobry dojazd do hotelu z dworca kolejowego.

Cons:

Jeśli chodzi o śniadanie, to był bardzo mały wybór, na poziomie minimalnego standardu hotelowego. Pokoje są do odnowienia, mają "vibe" lat 80 i 90.

Lokalizacja dobra, obsługa miła, śniadania względne, 6/10, malutki wybór.

Cons:

Pokój familijny w budynku obok stan raczej kiepski dość kiczowaty i stary. Takie ocena 4/10. Zimny, brak kołdry tylko koc w pościeli, za chłodno. Druga noc spana w ubraniu. Drugi pokój w budynku głównym stan znacznie lepszy i przyjemniejszy 7/10. Dodatkowy budynek wymaga remontu i jakiejś odrobiny stylu. Cena średnia jak na Ostrawę. Jest potencjał ale wymaga poprawy. Na jedną noc da się przetrwać. Ogólnie moja ocena 5/10 gdyż mienią się nazwą hotel, dla mnie to jak pokój na wynajem w niskim standardzie.
