Excellent hotel
Pros:

Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet room. Excellent climate control. Excellent access to surroundings (restaurants, retail). Traveled to this area to visit a sick relative over Labor Day weekend. I would easily choose to stay at this hotel again.

Cons:

No complaints about the property, I do think the traffic patterns if the roads at Arundel mills are confusing

Well I would just start by saying the cleanliness of the establishment is magnificent the workers do a very good job and they take pride in what they do and they are very friendly and very respectful and very understanding most importantly they will do their best to make you feel comfortable I came here with my family and it was the best experience I have ever had in any hotel all the employees are very friendly and respectful and they will go out of their way for you they cleanliness of this establishment is top of the line I have stayed in numerous hotels over the years I have never stayed in one that was this clean there's not one cigarette butt on the ground there's not no trash in the parking lots they do an outstanding job a magnificent job .... Everything in the establishment is perfect absolute perfect I could write a book about how perfect the facility is and how helping the workers are and how friendly and understanding and respectful they are so I took it upon myself so walk to the front desk and ask to speak to a manager so I can let them know how satisfied I was as a customer with this establishment and how good of a job the workers are doing with the friendliness with the hospice holiday everything and this establishment is absolute perfect no complaints

There is not one complaint I have about the establishment is perfect on all aspects it's absolute perfect they cleanliness is the most important thing but also the hospitality and respect and understanding of the workers here is magnificent they do an awesome job awesome job

Great time in Baltimore at Fairfield Inn and Suites. Breakfast was great and so was the service.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. I especially liked the quiche. The location was good and I really appreciated the shuttle services.

Cons:

There was a flashing light in the bedroom from the smoke alarm which woke me up repeatedly. The staff did kindly give me some eye covers. The fan on the AC unit was noisy.

The stay was great and looking forward to returning.

the location was great which made it great to get around and a lot to do during our stay.

Cons:

When I received my receipt for my stay, I noted that there were four charges for $20.00 which on my bill. The two rooms that I booked had additional charges which I noted to the hotel deck when I got home the next day. I would like to request a refund 0f $80.00 for the over charges.
