The contractors that were in the next two rooms making all kinds of noise at 6 am and the smell of them cooking in their rooms

The room was dirty.
Pros:

That it was close to some restaurant

Cons:

The dirtiness. There were some sort of bugs on the floor and there was some clothes from the previous stay (I am assuming) plus there was a sewing needle and push pin on the bathroom sink.

It was a place to sleep
Pros:

There was no breakfast that I knew about. Had hot water and good water pressure. It was close to the people I was visiting..

Road noise, morning employee noise. furnishings TV was awkward to use
