This is a perfect budget place to spend 1 or two nights. The surrounding is noisy specially on weekends. The breakfast is included, but wasn’t what expected. Overall, is enough for a short trip

La propiedad y sus empleados, llenaron mis espectativas. Excelente atención al cliente.Todo muy lindo y limpio. Desayuno muy conveniente y con 5 opciones diferentes. Fruta fresca, jugos naturales y todo, recien preparado. Café, té y galleticas todo el día. La comidad en los cuartos con camas acogedoras. Lo único para resaltar, es que al llegar te puedes confundir con la parte externa. Es algo oscuro en la noche y un area muy sola pero, al entrar al hotel, es muy hermoso y acogedor. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Hotel en buena localización con buen desayuno. El personal en general amable, pero por echar una postal que ya tenía sello en un buzón nos querían cobrar 14 USD.

Todo fue excelente, desde el recibimiento, el personal muy amable y atento en todo momento, las instalaciones me fascinaron , decoración única y con muchos detalles, comida deliciosa, en fin todo excelente, con gusto regreso a hospedarme en este hotel.

Se iba la energia constantemente. Mal la limpieza de la habitación. Mucho ruido en las mañanas temprano y en la noche. Muy cara la comida del restaurante. Muy caro el hotel en la relación costo/ beneficio. No reponian el jabon.

This is the second time my husband and I stayed within May and June very clean hotel staff were amazing very helpful in anything that we needed food was great good location to US Embassy, they also offer transportation out driver was amazing very friendly, knowgable and very help felt safe at hotel and with driver highly recommend this hotel

Pros:

4x Repeat Guest. I have stayed at several more Upscale and more expensive hotels in the City, but the Portal De Angels has become my first choice. It offers a comfortable guest experience and always meets my expectations, including excellent beds, good WiFi, cool AC, Cable, plus a on site restaurant- ALL with Accommodating, helpful staff.
