Pros:

Great stay with excellent staff, food and service.
Pros:

This is an great property to stay with the best location. While there was no lift in the hotel , it is over compensated with excellent staff , food and their services. Their team Kabita, Abisha, Lopsang, Manju Abhi make a lasting impact on your stay with their warm and courteous service. The place is very clean and has a lot of plants. Overall a very good and memorable stay ! Next visit to Kathmandu , do stay here!

Pros:

It felt like home. The staff were all so so kind. It was my kind of place, with a beautiful courtyard for meals (and a fantastic breakfast), unique local art and beautiful furniture, things like a guitar I could play as well as board games and books. I was grateful for the gym and yoga (one of the best teachers I’ve ever come across and I’ve been practicing over 20 years). It’s everything I’d want in a boutique hotel. And the kindness of the staff just puts it over the top. Thanks again 🙏🙏🙏 I’ll be back next time for sure!

A place of calm
Pros:

A beautifully arranged hotel around an internal courtyard, you can step off the busy streets of Thamel into a centre of calm. The staff are very supportive in all aspects. My room was very comfortable, and I enjoyed my stay here.

The best hotel in the area
Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic location. The security is great. The vibe of the place is nice. The staff at the bar, restaurant and reception are amazing. They make you feel nice, are professional and always make sure that everything is provided with excellent service. This hotel in comparison to the others in the area whio charge similar prices is one of the best with much better facilitiesand environment. Its very clean. The hotel provide city tour with experienced drivers and the ride to Airport with one of their electric fleet that none of the surrounding hotels provide. The hotel has no lift (usual in all hotels in the area), but dont worry you dont even have to pick a single luggage to your room, it's been taken care of management

Wonderful hotel with outstanding staff care.
Pros:

The location is great for a young tourist who is looking forward for cultural heritage at daytime and bars by the evening. The district is safe and has its own atmosphere. The hotel is charming, clean and staff is extremely helpful and polite. I met the highest level of hospitality and exceptional service. I also liked the inner garden where you can sit at the evening with a drink or a dinner. I can highly recommend this place.

Great staff; great bar/restaurant; great location. Alas, six floors and no elevator.
Pros:

The staff - exceptionally helpful always trying to meet customer requirements. I needed an extension board and someone promptly went to the market and bought one for us to use. Some other examples too.

Cons:

No elevators even to the 6th floor.

The balcony of junior suite looks on a sorry dismal lane.
