The discrepancy between the rooms in the photo and in reality

Expectations are reality. A terrible discrepancy between what we paid for and what we received. The room is dirty, the bed is shabby. At the reception, the employee did not resolve the issue, referring to the lack of another room. The room was very dirty and did not correspond at all to what was in the photo, neither in size nor in design.

Direct een vakantiegevoel want we worden overal aangesproken in het Engels of gebrekkig Nederlands.
Ontbijt is zeer basic en evenzo voor de restaurants.
