Fabulous mountain getaway, with beautiful spa and room details. Really enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

We loved our room, it was so spacious and the view sitting on the balcony was delightful. We also enjoyed hours down at the spa, it was so quiet and not overcrowded.

Cons:

The snack bar service and cocktails weren’t amazing unfortunately

Pros:

L'accueil, la situation, la vue, la piscine. Établissement très charmant, la chambre supérieur est très belle et grande. Il y a une grande terrasse avec la vue. Je recommande cet établissement.

Pros:

Prachtig uitzicht, heel fijn zwembad, zeer comfortabele kamer, geweldig ontbijt en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het was een spontane actie voor een tussenstop maar zeer aangename verrassing. Zou zomaar kunnen dat we terug komen!

Très agréable et un excellent point de départ pour de très belles randonnées.
Pros:

Le design de l’hôtel est très soigné, la literie confortable et ça sent très bon dans la chambre! L’espace spa a tout ce qu’il faut avec notamment sa piscine extérieure et intérieure, parfait pour un séjour en été.

Cons:

Le plafond de la salle de bain mériterait un petit rafraîchissement et l’espace wc et vestiaire du spa est sombre et pas très joli.

Bel hôtel confortable, chambre spacieuse, personnel très sympa, buffet de petit déjeuné varié et très bon. J'ai passé un très agréable séjour dans cet établissement. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir !

Stunning place to stay!
Pros:

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was just as fantastic! After an 800 mile drive, it’s wonderful to sit in the spa and relax with a fantastic view of the Alps.

Good hotel but too Swiss in terms of flexibility to accommodate a guests needs.
Pros:

Clean, nice rooms.

Cons:

No early breakfast ( as an exception for a bike race ). Had to buy it from a supermarket.
They charged me chf 185 for 2 hours late check out.
Had this race in Chatel and they prepared a simple snack for participants early. It’s attitude and willingness to help. Will not come back.
