Ein wunderbares Zimmer mit sensationeller Aussicht und zwei Balkonen. Ein absoluter Traum.
Frühstück war ebenfalls lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich.

入住時的男前檯人員比較冷淡無言，
要自己打果汁和煎鬆餅，但不會操作儀器，所以沒吃到😂，
沒有不滿意，只是希望能更好。

Excellent stay in Zermatt. Thank you to all at the hotel!
Pros:

Excellent room (junior suite) with a Matterhorn view. Very helpful staff. Very nice breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing really - except that the signage to the hotel might have been been a little better

The rooms were an excellent size and the balcony and view of Matterhorn from the balcony was exceptional.

Cons:

The coffee cups in the room were too small and so we're the glasses.

Beautiful hotel and town.
Pros:

Really cute hotel with nice-sized rooms and a fantastic bathroom. Good air condition and hotel breakfast was excellent. Loved the location, the food and the decor.

Cons:

Everything was great. The only thing we didn't like was the pillows. They were too flat for our liking.

Das Zimmer war wunderschön, Aussicht aufs Matterhorn hatten wir. Hotel ca 4-5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, zu Fuss.

Weekend merveilleux dans un endroit magique
Pros:

Le SPA est juste génial au retour d'une randonnée. Son équipement est très en phase avec la relaxation nécessaire.

Cons:

Les oeufs brouillés un peu trop gras.
