המקום ישן מאוד, מתוחזק טוב אבל ישן, צוות מאוד נעים ועדיב, המעיינות היו קרים אז לא יכולנו להיכנס למים. בסהכ הכל המקום בסדר גמור. מי שרגיל למלונות יוקרה אז זה לא כאן. היער מושלם, הכל ירוק וממש מתחזק טוב

staff was friendly and the surrounding nature was pretty to look at

Cons:

the hotel intends to be a spa hotel, which means guests want to spend their whole day there. That is not possible because almost all facilities close pretty early. The cafe in the lobby closes at 5pm and food orders at the Pool Area stop at 4-5pm! That’s extremely early, especially if the pool closes at 8-9pm.. that makes the overall experience not enjoyable unfortunately.. even the unmanned convenience store closes at 11pm.. why does that have to close if nobody is working there anyway ? Because the hotel is in the middle of the forest there is no nearby option to get some food if you’re hungry in the night.. without a car you’re lost there

Nel complesso struttura curata, personale gentile e disponibile.
Struttura immersa nella natura, da cui si gode di un ottimo panorama. Noi non abbiamo affittato la macchina e comunque ci siamo mossi bene tra uber, navetta dell’hotel, e autobus.

Cons:

Pulizia della camera ok ma per essere un 5 stelle in cui i dettagli devono far la differenza, credo che si possa far meglio.
Suggerisco di pulire il bocchettone della ventola dentro la doccia perché è intasato dalla polvere e si vede non viene fatto da un po’. Stessa cosa vale per la porta in vetro tra il bagno e la camera, e la porta di ingresso.
Letto matrimoniale troppo piccolo.

מלון מקסים בתוך יער. עם צוות אחלה, יש טיפולים, בריכות מגוונות של פנים וחוץ, גקוזי, סאונה. ארוחת בוקר משובחת. חדרים מרוווחים
עשחנו טיפול הידרותרפיה, היה כיף.

Cons:

המיטות לא הכי נוחות ומרכז הטיפולים החה בשיפוץ, אז לא יצא לנו להינות.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel on Jeju Island. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by peaceful forest and nature, yet still conveniently close to many attractions, including the waterfalls. It is a very quiet and relaxing place, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The hotel also offers a beautiful view of the ocean. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.

Very nice scenery , nice view form the room, the wooden walls gave a nice aesthetic

Cons:

Staff not friendly, we paid for half board; dinner options very disappointing (small portions, not tasteful , always the same four meals to choose from), they didn’t even gave us a drinks menu, they staff wasn’t helpful or kind, The breakfast / dinner area is depressing, the outdoor pool is in the shadow , not a nice area to chill and enjoy the sun. We decided to leave the property earlier then planned - very disappointed from the whole experience - not a recommendation for “foreigners”
