We liked the entrance and the grand feel of the resort. The bed was comfortable.

A truly restorative stay and we'll be back
We had a wonderful time at Ocean Suites Jeju. The room exceeded expectations, beautiful, well-appointed, and the panoramic views of the mountains, sea, and forest were exactly what we needed to reset and recharge.
The dining experience though a small menu was equally impressive. Breakfast offered a healthy, varied spread, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate one of our party's strict dietary requirements — something we genuinely appreciate and don't take for granted. A special thank you to the chef for the perfectly made omelettes with pepper, and to the manager for graciously handling our various requests throughout the stay.
Jeju Island itself is magical, and Ocean Suites made it even more so. We're already looking forward to returning — and to seeing the new additions when we do.

Cons:

The one area with room for improvement was the communication around spa and wellness activities. Signage and printed materials were not available in English, which made it harder to fully explore and plan around what was on offer. An English version of the hotel pamphlets would go a long way — particularly for international guests. We wouldn't want visitors to miss out on what is clearly a thoughtful wellness offering simply due to a language barrier."

Beautiful staff and surroundings!!
Pros:

The surroundings were beautiful. I loved the garden walk and the pond and waterfalls.

Cons:

Change room PIN code was not obvious and there was no one to assist us. Wellness centre was a bit hard to navigate.

Excellent hotel. Very peaceful and fresh air.
Pros:

There was a good spread of food for breakfast. The Sauna was good and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We choose the hotel for it's proximity to Hallasan Yeongsil trail.

Cons:

It would be good if Breakfast could start early (from 7am) so that Climbers can eat breakfast and start Hallasan climb early and be back to checkout. No hooks or rails to hang bath towels after use.

A nice escape for 1 night, nothing more
Pros:

Beautiful cafe and nice premises, gardens are really nice.

Cons:

The roof terrace wasn’t open as it was out of season (May) and we were looking forward to be able to look at the stars. There’s nothing to do in the evening here, you need taxis to even get to any restaurants.

You have to pay for the sauna even as a guest which was never stated so this was really disappointing. Treatments/activities are also not included and were very expensive. Doesn’t feel like a 5* hotel.

Pros:

The location is beautiful and surrounded by nature, which creates a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we especially loved the lovely café in the center of the hotel.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.

Overall, a great place to relax and unwind – especially for adults looking for peace and quiet.

Cons:

One area with room for improvement is the lack of activities for children. Considering the large property, there is a lot of potential to offer more family-friendly options. The spa facilities and programs felt rather minimalistic as well.

El recibidor era grande y la primera impresión es que es un hotel impresionante.

Cons:

La cena incluida es una vergüenza. Cogimos la cena incluida y resulta que los platos no eran los de la carta sino otros diferentes con una calidad bastante pobre. Nadie iba al restaurante y cuando se acercaba alguien les decían que ya estaba cerrado cuando eran las 9 pm y ponía que la última orden era a las 9:20 pm. Vergonzoso y nada recomendable. La cena es horrorosa, pero estás lejos de todo por lo que estás secuestrado casi. Además nadie habla inglés y esto al ser un cinco estrellas es un mínimo.

Best healing water spa in Jeju korea
Pros:

This hotel has the most amazing healing water quality I ever experienced.
I am hot spring lover and visited many healing water places including a lot of hot spring in japan ( Onsen) as well.
This water really energize you!
Hot spring and swimming pool has pure spring water which no chemical to clean the water. Especially kids loved pool and nature around hotel.
Staff are very kind and helpful.
Hotel room is also very clean and spacious and breakfast is very healthy and bountiful and delicious.
I highly to recommend to visit here.
I really enjoyed last visit so I am going to visit again in May 2026.

Tutto, albergo stupendo e molto accogliente. Centro SPA bellissimo, per non parlare della nostra suite.

Cons:

Forse la posizione, un po isolata rispetto a Seogwipo, ma la navetta dell’albergo è comoda per arrivare in città e muoversi in taxi o con i mezzi.
