1. All our EPIC Properties are unmanned; we do not have a face-to-face check-in.
2. EPIC Apart Hotels do not permit nonresident visitors after the hours of 10 pm-8 am.
3. Early check-ins and Late check-outs may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.
4. You will be required to give us your email address to complete the online check-in form.
5. We operate from a self-check-in model - you will be required to fill in an online check-in form, which you will receive via email once we have your email address. You will be required to upload official government ID and also a credit or debit card for the security deposit.
6. The Security deposit is 50% of the value of your reservation, with the lowest amount being £50.
7. Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking.
8. Access codes and instructions will only be issued once the above is complete. They will be issued by approx. 2 pm on the day of arrival, unless you have ordered an early check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Good value for money for the location.
Pros:

Location good, parking easy. Self serve entry and check in was easy. Spacious and clean.

Cons:

A/C was not fully functioning. There was a funky eggy smell in the living area where sofa bed was situated, thankfully not over powering.

The location was great

Cons:

The rooms were very unkept, the whole hotel was unbelievably hot within the room the aircon didn’t work & the window wouldn’t stay open- it was truly unbearable heat to sleep in. The overall room was ok but is in need for a renovation there was multiple dents on the walls and the furniture was chipped.

May I add that it was so hot we tried to get a cold shower / use a cold tower which to our shock the cold water didn’t work - it was just luke warm or roasting.

(In the images is a photo to show the physical sweat from the temperature of the hotel/ the damage of the room + it wouldn’t let me add anymore photos so there is more of the chipped furniture )

Pros:

We couldn't use the TV. It was only digital and the WiFi was not good enough support the app so no TV for days. Not the end of the world but it was missed. The toilet system flush button would stick in. This meant you would have to go back and fiddle with toilet flush to stop the water running.
On the positive, the room had everything else we needed. It even suprised us with a washing machine and dish washer.

Cons:

NO TV.
NOISY TOILET.

Pros:

Room and space is adequate for a night or two. Clean and has aircon. No elevator if you have heavy luggage FYI.

Cons:

You have a code to get in and access lockbox with room key. Codes didn't work which meant had to wait half an hour for a real person to show up. Factor that into your arrival time / make sure you have a phone number for them.

Pros:

Loved the size of the room. Loved the location. Loved how soundproof it was, you could not hear the other rooms at all. Phone reception lines were answered really quickly and everyone was lovely to talk to. A rep to come see you if you do have issues is available. Also communication leading up to the day was great too, got back to my questions quickly. some of the reviews about getting in worried me but it was so easy and they sent the access codes promptly.

Cons:

The price of late check-out per hour is crazy. £15 per hour.

The location was great and it was also clean.

Cons:

The sofa bed was broken and couldn't really be slept on. Staff came quickly to repair it but it was a really uncomfortable night's sleep.

Room a bit tired looking, net curtain missing so had to keep curtains closed, shower door did not stay closed just flapped! No water on Sunday morning had to wait half hour before could shower. Storage space very minimal with only 3 hangers. No remote control for TV so could not use, did message and they said would get one to me asap, but none arrived, we would have liked to watch the football Saturday night, had to watch on my phone!

Cons:

The apartment stank of sewerage, none of the A/C units worked, someone came to clean the drains but this made no difference whatsoever. The apartment was roasting, the sofa bed was paper thin and super uncomfortable. Basic stuff like the TV remote didn’t work -this they did bring replacement batteries for. I was told they would try and find me an alternative apartment but I never heard from them again -just empty promises. Do not stay here - stay anywhere else. We booked it for my daughter’s graduation and it was a huge mistake we all slept really badly and the stench was horrific. I’ve requested a refund but still haven’t heard back from customer services who are totally useless. I sent so many messages none of them were replied to.
