Important information:

1. All our EPIC Properties are unmanned; we do not have a face-to-face check-in.
2. EPIC Apart Hotels do not permit nonresident visitors after the hours of 10 pm-8 am.
3. Early check-ins and Late check-outs may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.
4. You will be required to give us your email address to complete the online check-in form.
5. We operate from a self-check-in model - you will be required to fill in an online check-in form, which you will receive via email once we have your email address. You will be required to upload official government ID and also a credit or debit card for the security deposit.
6. The Security deposit is 50% of the value of your reservation, with the lowest amount being £50.
7. Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking.
8. Access codes and instructions will only be issued once the above is complete. They will be issued by approx. 2 pm on the day of arrival, unless you have ordered an early check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The fact that we were given wrong door code , we had to wait several minutes before a staff came to enter a separate code to access our room. That was really frustrating experience.

Struttura molto pulita, spaziosa e ben attrezzata, situata in una zona tranquilla e sicura, comodissima per raggiungere
Pros:

Bellissima struttura composta da più ambienti: camera da letto, cucina con divano e TV funzionante e un bagno molto grande. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza di tutti gli elettrodomestici, anche se non li abbiamo utilizzati: lavastoviglie, microonde e persino ferro da stiro, tutti comfort assolutamente non scontati. La struttura era inoltre molto pulita, situata in una zona tranquilla e sicura e comodissima per raggiungere il centro a piedi.

Cons:

L’unico aspetto che non ho apprezzato è stata la richiesta della cauzione, che non mi sembrava fosse indicata chiaramente al momento della prenotazione ed è stata invece richiesta in fase di check-in.

Do not book it if u wanna sleep well.
Cons:

The description on the app said it is king bed, However, when I arrived there, the bed was two single bed next to each other. I was falling between them the whole night and I think I have back hurt since. The worst place to stay in as I have told them before that this is not king bed rather, a sinkhole! I wish I took some pic of the bed and show how bad it is.

L’excellente situation de l’hôtel ne devrait pas dispenser la Direction de certaines améliorations.
Pros:

La situation géographique, le lit double avait un excellent matelas. La douche est chaude, facile à utiliser et le débit hydrique est tout à fait correct. Dans l’ensemble, la chambre était très propre.

Cons:

1) La salle de bain, moderne, est toutefois lugubre et insuffisamment éclairée au niveau des lavabos et surtout du miroir.
2) Le matelas du lit pliant d’appoint est catastrophique. Que la Direction de l’hôtel vienne passer une nuit dessus…
3) Un sac entier de me sous-vêtements (propres !) a été jeté par erreur par un.e membre du personnel d’entretien, ce que la direction d’Epic refuse de reconnaître. J’ai donc dû m’en racheter, mais je vais pouvoir me gratter pour me faire rembourser ! Du jamais vu.
4) Il nous a manqué une serviette de bain durant la moitié du séjour, malgré notre demande.
5) La lampe du plafond était sale et clignotante…
6) Une seule carte-clé, c’est insuffisant ; il en faudrait deux.

Hermosa habitación en Liverpool
Pros:

Muy lindo, cómodo el colchón, todo super limpio. Hermoso para ir cuando vayas a Liverpool.

Cons:

Para ingresar tuve algunas dificultades, ya que debían enviarme los códigos de accesos y no me los enviaron en tiempo y forma. Solo cuando reclamamos y porque había personal de limpieza lo pudimos solucionar rápido. Hubo varias personas que estaban en la misma situación.
