Amazing staff
Pros:

Amazing friendly and helpful staff. I had a time overlapping with my bus connection from Koli to Joensuu and to Kajaani but Jere, with his local knowledge and patience could fit me in to take the bus from Kolinportti. Very grateful Jere!

Cons:

Breakfast was good but there were few options for gluten free.

Pros:

Perunapiirakat oli parhaita koskaan maistamiani, samoin tuorepuuro aamupalalla.

Cons:

Yöllä tuli lämmintä vettä myös hanan kylmältä puolelta. Ei sitä voinut juoda. Onneksi vedenkeittimeen oli jäänyt illalla keitetyn veden jämät, niin join sitten ne. Seuraavaksi yöksi varauduinkin sitten S-marketin pullovedellä.

Pros:

Olin varannut kaksi erillistä sänkyä ja meille oli lopulta jäljellä vain pieni parisänkyhuone. Olen matkustellut paljon ja arvostan sitä, että hotellin kuvaus vastaa todellisuutta. Nyt saavuin paljon epäsiistimpään ja meluisampaan paikkaan mitä olisin toivonut. Ainoa iso plussa menee respan asiakaspalvelijalle.
