Ótimo custo benefício, muito confortável e ótimo atendimento.
Pros:

A suíte é relativamente simples mas bastante aconchegante. O Hotel disponibiliza algo mineral 24h e café da manhã simples. As camas e lençóis são muito confortáveis, e o atendimento dos funcionários foi espetacular. O Hotel também conta com micro-ondas e pia no quarto, o que é ótimo caso pretenda comprar snacks para comer na acomodação. Para mim, um grande diferencial foi o banheiro, limpeza, e terem disponibilizado toalhas de poliamida para os hóspedes usarem na praia ou nos passeios aos cenotes (essas toalhas são essenciais).

Cons:

Não há nada relevante que eu não tenha gostado, no máximo, senti falta de proteína/ovos no café da manhã.

Ondanks geluidsoverlast, fantastisch hotel!
Pros:

Fantastische, ruime kamer. Bed lag heerlijk. Alles was super comfortabel. Fijn dat er iedere dag weer nieuwe koffie cupjes op de kamer lagen. Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Midden in het bruisende centrum van Playa del Carmen.

Cons:

Het ontbijt stelde niet zoveel voor. Veel geluidsoverlast van alle cafés in de buurt. Met oordopjes in hebben we alsnog goed kunnen slapen.

A localização era muito boa, ao lado da 5th avenue.
A piscina no rooftop estava boa.

Cons:

Pequeno-almoço mau.
Tem uma discoteca à frente do hotel, o barulho era muito alto até tarde, parecia que era dentro do hotel.
As toalhas da piscina estavam sujas.
Ficámos no quarto 1, com a janela virada para a front desk, então nunca pudemos abrir as janelas do quarto com privacidade.

La habitación muy bonita, menos mal nos toco una alejada del ruido

Cons:

El ruido era muy fuerte, estabamos en una pieza alejada de la calle pero aun asi se escuchaba y sentia la vibración de la musica. Además el desayuno era muy pobre, la fruta nisiquiera picada y muy pero muy pocas opciones

Pros:

Heel mooie en ruime kamer, centrale ligging vlak tegen de hoofdstraat, het personeel is heel behulpzaam en mooi zwembad op de rooftop!

Cons:

Aan de overkant van het hotel is er een bar (Onyx Bar), en de muziek staat heel erg luid tot 2u30 ‘s nachts.

Het is jammer voor het hotel, want voor de rest is alles top.

Hôtel proche de la 5eme avenue et proche de la plage. Le personnel était sympathique

Cons:

Un bar juste en face avec la musique très forte jusqu’à 2h du matin. Les murs tremblaient …
Le petit déjeuner est spartiate, c’est un self service avec céréales, pain grillé, café, jus de fruit.
