Perfect.
Pros:

It feels like if you’re in a remote area in the countryside. Yet you are in the middle of Guatemala City. And a very good location too (called Zona 10)

Cons:

It didn’t have A/C. However, let me clarify: I noticed that most of Guatemala City just doesn’t have A/C. I think that overall the city does not need A/C to be commonplace because of their comfortable climate. However, I am overweight and tend to be more sensitive to even slight heat. So A/C is always a nice amenity for me.

Alles in allem perfekte Wahl
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir durften unser Gepäck gratis deponieren weil wir für mehrere Tage gebucht hatten. Die Lage in Zona 10 sehr gut, gleich gegenüber zwei Restaurants. Im Hotel hörte man praktisch nichts vom Verkehrslärm.

En general una estancia muy agradable.
Pros:

Delicioso desayuno. Habitación confortable y muy limpia. Ubicación excelente. Bonito jardín. Atención aceptable.

Cons:

Solo nos dieron un juego de toallas para dos personas. El dispensador de jabón de la regadera no funciona.

Pros:

Location excellent for City & airport. We stayed two nights before flying home to UK. We walked to a large mall, saw a film, and ate at Donde Mikel... all by foot. Early next morning Ubered to airport. Hotel security excellent. Breakfast good. Staff charming. Probably a 3* plus hotel, rooms excellent, double beds. Safe to walk during day & near all amenities. Staff, reception, security chap outside charming. A perfect end to a big trip.

Ubicación en zona 10, zona segura. Bonitos espacios con jardines que hacen agradable la estancia, habitación confortable con baño privado y donde colocar ropa y maletas.

Cons:

No ofrecen café o aromáticas gratis y lo cobran muy caro.

Hôtel simple avec belle déco et fonctionnel, très bonne localisation dans zona 10!
Pros:

Lors de mon séjour dans Hotel Ciudad Vieja, j'ai aimé la cour végétale et luxuriante de l'hôtel, ainsi que le rooftop tranquille. La chambre était simple mais décoré avec du style et artisanat local. La litterie était bonne. Le mobilier suffisant et fonctionnel aussi. Le personnel très sympathique et serviable aussi!

Cons:

J'ai moins apprécié qu'il faille faire couler l'eau plus de 5mn pour avoir de l'eau chaude dans la douche (pas terrible en terme de gaspillage de l'eau) et qu'au petit déjeuner on doive choisir entre 1) fruits et céréales 2) omelettes. ce n'est pas obligatoire de faire un buffet petit déjeuner, mais j'aurai apprécié la possibilité d'avoir une petite assiette de fruits pour accompagner mon petit déjeuner salé, sans devoir choisir entre 1 ou 2.
