Pros:

The communal areas were pretty with all the plants and greenery, the breakfast was also very good.
Good location.

Cons:

The furniture was old, the bed was very hard, cable TV all in Spanish. We got bitten by what I assume was a stealth mosquito (we never saw any).
There weren't any hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels or clothes.
The carpet felt gross to be barefoot on.
