Pros:

Location is perfect. Central to most tourist spots and places to eat. The room was a good size, clean and quiet. We had a view on the square which was nice.

Cons:

It's quite pricey but understand location and all modcons.

Excellent location and convenient to go to the places of interest. Room is of reasonable size. Customer relations gave a welcome card and purtugese egg tarts to welcome guests.

Cons:

The design of the bathroom - the glass panel separating the dry and wet area could be bigger to serve its purpose and to include more robe hooks so clothes could be hung in the bathroom.

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

The hotel is central and it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The room was really spacious, the shower was really powerful and you also get a mini bar. The hotel is really clean and all of the staff are very polite and friendly

A máquina de café do salão de café da manhã preparava um café muito ruim. Como precisamos sair do hotel às 6h30 para o nosso vôo de retorno, solicitei uma "breakfast box". Ela foi preparada, mas os itens não eram de qualidade.

Pros:

La ubicación y la limpieza.
El trato del personal de recepción tanto Flipa como Susana un excelente equipo.
En general el trato de todo el personal que te atiende es excelente.

Cons:

Si vas con el coche se complica un poco el cargar y descargar maletas, al no disponer de parking en el mismo hotel.
Aunque nos ofrecieron gratis el parking del otro NH que está a 4 minutos andando.
