Pros:

L'emplacement de l’hôtel. La gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Le spa est petit et les transats étaient très sales. Par ailleurs, tous les équipements de type jacuzzi de la piscine étaient en panne. L’organisation est également peu pratique : pour obtenir des serviettes ou accéder au hammam, il faut passer par la réception, mais cette information on l'a qu’une fois arrivé au spa, en peignoir. Un téléphone est pourtant mis à disposition pour joindre la réception, mais il ne fonctionnait pas. Il faut donc remonter jusqu’à la réception, toujours en peignoir, ce qui est particulièrement peu pratique.

La chambre ne disposait d’aucun porte-valise (nos deux valises sont restées par terre, ouvertes. De plus, la température était excessivement élevée (24 °C) et le système de réglage ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui a nui au confort du séjour.

Les encadrements de porte de presque toutes les chambres semblaient abîmés, ce qui donne une impression d’entretien insuffisant. Dans le hall, le nombre de places assises est également très limité.

Le rapport qualité-prix. Le tarif de 223 € par nuit, sans petit-déjeuner et avec une réservation non remboursable, est particulièrement élevé au regard des prestations proposées. À ce niveau de prix, on est en droit d’attendre des équipements fonctionnels, un meilleur niveau d’entretien et un confort général nettement supérieur.

Great hotel and the best restaurant at the entrance.
Pros:

Location is perfect to walk anywhere in town.

Cons:

The room on the 5th floor had a sloped ceiling. Hit my head getting out of bed. Poor design. Also the art deco toilet flush is terrible. Hard on the hands to flush

Pros:

Het ontbijt was geweldig en erg smaakvol ! We hadden de executive kamer en die was groter, mooier en luxer dan we hadden verwacht. We gaan er zeker nog een keer terug. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk : )

Hermoso Hotel, ubicación estupenda, personal amable y acogedor
Pros:

Excelente habitación con una distribución muy hogareña, cuenta con hervidor electrico, el desayuno muy completo y exquisito.
Además con una tarjeta de bienvenida, tres voucher para una bebida de cortesia y además de regalo una mini botella de vino.

Room was well laid out, nicely refurbished (although air con a bit weak and slow to cool) and the "city view" was very nice.

Cons:

Room cleaning was very poor. We stayed 3 nights, so only 2 full days. Each day we came back around 3.30-4pm to find our room had not yet been cleaned. First day we went out again; the 2nd time l just cleaned it a bit as we were leaving the next day. The rooms are not cheap and should be available if we want to return for a cuppa and relax mid afternoon before going out again.
