Great stay!
Pros:

Really enjoyed the spacious room. The staff members were also very helpful. The lady who cleaned our room did a fantastic job every day.

Cons:

Didn’t have a restaurant in the hotel.

Really convenient, clean hotel with super friendly and accommodating staff.
Pros:

I liked that there was fee flow 24/7 of coffee and drinks from Nescafe machine that ground fresh coffee beans.
They had free snacks till 9pm and a free Noodle bar between 10-11 pm.
The lobby on in Basement 1 had room for our group to meet together and enjoy the refreshments.
There was an easy to access water filter/ Dispenser on every floor.
The bed room & bathroom was the best management of space in a hotel of this size.
The room had study table that was in front of the window for adequate light.
Very conveniently located with MRT close by and a McDonalds right next door for a quick bite if needed.

Cons:

It would've been great if there was a gym to exercise.

房間住宿資訊不足，訂房時未告知所訂的房型沒有窗戶，經詢問櫃檯回覆是訂房平台的問題，沒有任何解決問題或發現問題的態度，以避免此問題再次發生。若此問題沒解決，下次到台中市不會訂此旅舍或不再使用貴平台訂房。

四人房的床正對鏡子，而且完全沒有遮蔽，這點入住感受不太好。

冷氣運轉聲有點大，晚上比較容易注意到聲音。

停車方式較特別：雖然是平面停車位，但需要把整台車開進貨梯，再搭貨梯到停車樓層。

停車方式入住前沒有事先告知，到現場才知道，覺得資訊不夠透明。

官網及網路照片和實際入住有些落差，照片看起來比較寬敞漂亮，實際房間則小不少。
