そして、動線の良さです、暑さが増す中、地下街に繋がっているので熱中症にならず、主要な場所に行く事が出来、用事も果たせるので便利で有り難かったです。

Cons:

部屋に置いてある用箋が1枚で、お送りしたい書物があり、以前は数枚あったので、頂きに行きましたが説明が悪かったせいか分からず仕舞いで結局無いと言う結果に。三越迄外出しなくてはいけなくなり少々残念でした。
それから、1枚をナイトウェアの大きいサイズに変えて、とお掃除の方に希望したのですが分からず残念でした。

乾淨整潔舒適。
樓下就是購物商場，還有很多餐廳。
位子相當優秀。

特別感謝，這一次因為巴威颱風造成回程的班機被臨時取消，感謝飯店提供諮詢服務，並且安排計程車到機場。
一陣忙亂中可能有造成飯店的困擾，也請飯店見諒。

Pros:

Great location and amazing because it’s connected to the Solaria Plaza and Tenjin Chikagai, meaning all the major department stores too. Great for summer travel to stay inside from the heat. Breakfast was curated well and tasty and quiet.

Cons:

We stayed in the middle of a heat wave and when we checked in, our room had not been air conditioned. We had never experienced this in any other hotel. An employee ran over and tried to fix it for 10-15 minutes to no avail. They then moved us to another room, which also was not previously air conditioned. To pay more than $400 a night and check into a sauna-like hotel room was not what we expected, especially because we have a young baby with us. There wasn’t much recognition or proper apology for the mishap which was quite disappointing.
