A true gem
Pros:

We absolutely loved this hotel! It has been around for a while and has the feel of a good quality hotel when 4 starts really meant something. It is tastefully decorated and spacious, and the dining area has a lovely garden and water feature view. The breakfast is delicious and the staff very friendy. I would love to come back in the future!

Pros:

天神繁華街ど真ん中にある為移動がとにかくしやすくて良かったです。
駐車場も有るので遠方から行く人にとってとても嬉しいです。

従業員の方の教育が行き届いている為とても気持ちが良いです。
ホテルでの就寝も1番寝付けました。
福岡に訪れる時は絶対に西鉄グランドホテル様に泊まりたいと思います。

壁が薄く感じました。
隣や廊下の声が聞こえますが特に気になりませんでした。

텐진에서 쇼핑하고 짐두고 왔다갔다 돌아다니기는 좋음

오래된 호텔이라 많이많이 낡았어요
갑자기+성수기에 간거라 비싸게 가서 더 만족도가 떨어지는것같아요
평일에 싸게 가면 위치가 좋아서 만족도 높을수도 있어요

Pros:

整體而言都很棒，擁有飯店的一流服務，可以寄存行李、秤行李重量，開車前往則可以臨停先辦理check inn，大門有排班計程車，員工服務態度皆非常良好。

Cons:

樓層的味道不是很好聞，原本以為是有燒焦味，後來發現是擴香的味道，應該只是個人主觀問題
