Hotel hermoso , ubicación inmejorable . Personal muy atento . Habitación de buen tamaño , con una decoración muy cuidada . Baño cómodo y limpio . Desayuno muy completo y rico . Spa , piscina perfecto para terminar el día en el mejor lugar. Super recomendable .

Es war eine schöne Woche im Aqua Marina. Die Lage , gegenüber der Mühlenkolonnade ist sehr gut.
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend, Frühstück ist top, -alles was angeboten wurde, war super und vielschichtig.
Das Personal im Frühstücksrestaurant ist sehr umsichtig und freundlich.

Cons:

Die Lichtverhältnisse im Bad sind nicht gut,- zu dunkel. Wenig Abstellfläche für Kosmetikartikel.
Eine Entlüftung wäre zweckmässig.
Störend ist die ständig brennende Lampe im Eingangsbereich.
Schade, dass an der Rezeption niemand Deutsch spricht.

Sehr zentrale Lage, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, nur die dunklen Brötchen schnell vergriffen und wurden nicht nachgelegt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Ein hübsches Hotel in Top Lage !
Pros:

Ein hübsches Hotel in sehr guter Lage nahe der Fußgängerzone. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem. Das Frühstück war gut bestückt, von herzhaft bis süß ( mhhh lecker der warme Grießbrei mit Grütze )...wir fanden es super vom Angebot her .. alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Bei allem guten gibt es leider auch Kritik. Man fühlt sich in dem Hotel sprachlich wie in einer Oase, denn es wird nahezu kein Wort deutsch gesprochen, Englisch so naja, wir wollten Spa Anwendungen buchen, es war nicht möglich. Von der Rezeption würden wir zur Rezeption im Spa geschickt, wo ein junger Mann in Englisch uns zu verstehen gab, dass er kein Englisch kann (??) und verwies uns wieder zur Hotelrezeption. So war es nicht möglich, etwas zu buchen und wir hatten dann auch keine Lust mehr. Geht man aus dem Hotel raus spricht nahezu jeder Deutsch vom kleinen Tellerabräumer- Junge bis zu den Geschäften und sind alle super freundlich..ich setze das nicht voraus, aber es war so...toll! Die Freundlichkeit des Personals an der Rezeption, als auch das Reinigungspersonal vom Hotel nicht unbedingt, so wurden wir, als sie zum Putzen kam, kurzerhand aus dem Zimmer befördert.

Pros:

We spent 3 nights at the hotel. Location was therefore key for us. It was excellent. Very supportive reception staff helped with a parking place on arrival. Good breakfast included in the price.

Cons:

The room had a coffee express but coffee capsules were not replenished every day. No kettle to boil water.
