The Best of everything (Romantic)

🌟 THE BEST OF EVERYTHING! 🌟

Maccan Cave Hotel was absolutely amazing — everything was perfect! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made us feel like family and were always there to help with anything we needed.

The cave room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and full of character. The hotel itself has such a special atmosphere — it truly feels like staying in a magical place in Cappadocia.

And the rooftop terrace and views were breathtaking! Watching the hot-air balloons at sunrise from the terrace was an unforgettable experience. 🎈 The breakfast was also delicious and made the mornings even more enjoyable.

The location was excellent for exploring Göreme, and the staff were wonderful in helping us with recommendations and activities.

Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Maccan Cave Hotel. Beautiful hotel, amazing views, delicious breakfast, perfect location, and exceptional hospitality.

❤️ Thank you to the entire Maccan Cave Hotel team for making our Cappadocia trip so special and unforgettable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing experience
Pros:

We loved our stay here. The only downside is we were in Cappadocia for only 4 days, 3 nights and we did the balloon for two days — so that means we didn’t get a lot of time staying in our room which sucked because it was amazing! Will definitely stay again if we’re coming back!

One of the best hotels we have stayed in around the world.
Pros:

My husband & I love the uniqueness of our cave room. It is so cosy & comfortable. The bathroom is amazing too.

Max, the man at the desk speaks excellent English & has been extremely helpful with booking tours to do whilst here. He has also helped immensely with us booking an internal flight, Airport
Hotel & airport transfers as we have had to make some alterations to our itinerary. 10/10 for everything.

Una terraza espectacular para disfrutar los globos al amanecer

Nos encantó la habitación, muy cómoda, cuidada y especialmente la maravillosa terraza, desde donde se puede disfrutar de unas vistas increíbles de los globos al amanecer. El hotel está muy limpio y el personal es muy amable y atento. Sin duda, una estancia muy agradable y una experiencia que repetiríamos.

stanze ampie e curate, pulite e con tutti i comfort. comodissima la terrazza panoramica per poter vedere le mongolfiere al mattino. buona e ampia la colazione. comodo anche il piccolo parcheggio sulla strada di fianco all'hotel per chi viaggia con la propria auto.

Pros:

Établissement extrêmement bien situé avec superbe vue sur le Rooftop (profitez d’un matin pour vous lever à 5h30, et admirer le vol des montgolfières), chambre de style atypique, personnel, agréable et serviable.

Cons:

nous aurions souhaité un buffet au petit déjeuner plutôt que des plateaux pré-faits.

Great stay at Maccan with amazing hospitality
Pros:

We loved the hospitality of the people there who accommodated our early arrival and early check out. Since we weren't able to enjoy breakfast on the last day, they packed sandwiches and fruit juices for us. The room itself was huge and great value for money. The terrace view was great as well, as the hotel was perched high up.

Esperábamos más por sus valoraciones
Pros:

Buena ubicación para moverse por Göreme, aunque hay que tener en cuenta que hay algunas cuestas. Nuestra habitación cueva era pequeña, pero el baño bastante amplio.

La primera tarde llovía y no pudimos hacer mucho, así que nos quedamos en la terraza cubierta. Pedimos un té y tuvieron el detalle de invitarnos, algo que agradecimos.

Cons:

Nuestra experiencia no terminó de cumplir las expectativas teniendo en cuenta la puntuación del hotel. El desayuno empieza a las 8:00, algo tarde teniendo en cuenta los horarios de las actividades, y nos pareció poco variado.

Las terrazas tampoco se corresponden del todo con las fotografías: esperábamos una decoración mucho más cuidada y fue uno de los motivos principales por los que elegimos este hotel.

La habitación cueva era muy pequeña, sin apenas luz, se escuchaba bastante el ruido exterior ya que daba a la calle , la cama era antigua y hacía mucho ruido, y la conexión wifi funcionaba bastante mal.

Por último, nos decepcionó especialmente la atención al preguntar por el traslado al aeropuerto. Al explicar que necesitábamos salir con más antelación por si surgía algún imprevisto durante el trayecto, la respuesta fue simplemente que, si no nos servía el horario, contratásemos un transfer privado, cuya diferencia era de unos 60 €. Echamos en falta algo más de empatía y ayuda para buscar una alternativa.

En general, esperábamos más del alojamiento teniendo en cuenta las fotografías y las valoraciones que tiene.
