Location and staff were friendly
Bathroom is extremely dated - toilet seats chipped and appliances look like they’ve not been updated since the 90s. Beds are the most uncomfortable bed. The key locks are extremely difficult- the toilet paper is a soo poor and for nearly $500 a night you expect more
Cleggs is what it is--in the middle of a lively, sometimes noisy area, with shared bathrooms. It worked for us! Staff was lovely and helpful. Location beside the ferry is handy.

The host is really nice to talk to and as helpful as can be. He's great and pretty much the only good think we have to say about the hotel, other than the convenience of being right in front the ferries.
Checkin not smooth, there is not always someone available even during the very limited designated hours (12-4). Drunk guests can be aggressive. Tons of noise from the street at night until 1-2am, expected given the central location but still not a great sleep. Shared bathrooms are shared between all rooms, so it can get messy. The rooms are not equipped with anything other than the beds and a small table that's unusable (no space), not even a chair. All in all, extremely expensive for what you get.
I usually dislike shared bathrooms, but this property has amazing bathrooms and they are ALWAYS clean. I do not know what they do, but they are always spotless. The location is great and the staff is friendly.
I think it would be cool to have a TV in the rooms.
The location was great, down the street from the beach. It's a busy area right outside the ferry but the ferries stop at night so it's quiet. The shared bathroom was fine. It's a share with mostly 1 other room and you never have to wait. They clean the bathrooms constantly and the staff works hard. The beds/pillows were comfortable. The clientele ranged from families to couples, both young and old. Very nice owner. The beach chairs and bikes were a big plus.
The air conditioner is a little loud.

The pictures may as well have been AI. for 1000 dollars for two days, this was definitely not worth or matching the price of the room. It was disgusting. With the money I paid, and I’m sure everyone else is paying, they should invest in painting the walls, updating the rooms, and making this a good place to stay. But they seem lazy and content with this trash “hotel”
It’s just right at the pier where ferry arrives!
Tiny walls you can hear any noise and even steps of your neighbors. All furniture are super old. You must share toilet and shower with the whole floor! Extremely expensive and there is nothing including in the price! Super noisy location it’s hard to fall asleep before 3 am all people are drinking and having fun in the street so you can hear everything!
Way too expensive for the condition of the hotel. Location is good. Called them three times over three days to provide information they requested. I never received a call back from any of the three messages I left.

Owners are awesome, great location. You get what you pay for as the cheaper rooms are really tiny and no TV or anything. Very loud
