Everything lovely helpful staff, very quiet
The staff were friendly and helpful and happy polite had a nice breakfast and plenty of other food aswell to choose from .
The parking wasn't that good with it being on a main road and our room was at the back when we opened our curtains it looked straight onto storage huts .
Everything at this hotel was exceptional. The breakfast was very good and the staff could not have been more helpful. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The food was Indian and was really good. We would definitely stay here again.
The only thing that was a little difficult was the parking as the hotel is located on a main road and there is a bus lane and double yellow lines immediately outside so getting into and out of the car park was a bit tricky.
staff were great, and the breakfast offering was very good.
Only one extra pillow for the double bed; the light in the room is broken; no biscuits or wine glasses on the side table. The grout on the bathroom floor is crumbling, leaving grit on the floor, which I stepped on. The front step of the hotel needs repair; I nearly twisted my ankle on it.

Very noisy from traffic and emergency services as window had big gap was closed but not fitted properly on stone outside!. Noisy at 1.15am from staff/owner accommodation above dropping heavy items on the floor above

Friendly and extremely amenable staff. There was a sensible pre booking system for breakfast. The bathroom was spacious and equipped with a sophisticated walk in shower. Everything was clean and well presented.
The bed and chair filled the room to the extent that the bed was jammed against the window. There were no instructions for the digital shower which wasted a lot of water heating up. As advertised it is a fair walk with lugggage to the station and to the city centre.
Room was lovely and clean with a very comfy bed. Breakfast was a great start to the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Parking was a bit tricky, but then it is a city and the hotel is on a main road.
Location was excellent, staff helpful, room comfortable. But of a maze to get to the room but felt safe and comfortable. Plenty supplies of tea and coffee in the room. Very clean linen and towels. Work in progress
Breakfast was plentiful continental and pre ordered cooked which was delicious.
Decor is a work in progress , lots of differing wall coverings. Cleaning is a bit inconsistent, some areas super clean others not so much.
Parking is very limited but managed to find a spot nearby..on the web site it says there is no food in the evening so we went for food before checking in only to be greeted with the most amazing smells from the kitchen. Only just back up and running so sad we missed out and check with the hotel before going to ensure all is still available. Bed was a little hard for my taste and could benefit from a topper , but slept OK
The shower
Used this hotel a couple of times now. Love the welcome you get at the hotel, the rooms are always clean, restraunt which is Nepalese/indian is delicious and the breakfasts are more than adequate. The location is perfect for shopping or as a base for touring.

Near to station and staff/manager on the desk very informative and helpful with taxi's.
Breakfast quite basic and coffee not to my taste but it was OK. I later found I didn't tick some of the items on the list like eggs. Explained a lot.
