Pros:

It's near Blue Star and the southern part of Riverwalk. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. And it was cheap.

Cons:

The walls are thin, and I was easily able to hear the couple next door having sex, then having more sex, then arguing loudly, then blasting their TV and having sex, then falling asleep with the TV on until I woke up the manager to complain at about 2am.
