Pros:

The property is located very close to Florence and very near the train station which leads you directly to the center of Florence. It was clean and had a huge balcony which was a perfect bonus for additional rest. The view from the balcony was amazing.

Gastvrij, luxe en geweldig gunstige ligging!
Pros:

Wat een prachtig, luxe en schoon appartement! Heel ruim en elke kamer heeft een eigen te regelen airconditioning en hele fijne bedden. Als warm welkom stonden er wat biologische lekkernijen op tafel, heel attent. De ligging net buiten het dorp maar op loopafstand van gezellige restaurantjes is perfect! Het uitzicht vanaf het ruime balkon is heel mooi en op de begane grond bevindt zich een mooie 'woonkamer' voor algemeen gebruik. Ook het gebruik van de wasmachine en droger waarvoor wasmiddelen etc. ter beschikking staat voelt heel gastvrij. Voor een luxe en zorgeloos verblijf moet je absoluut hier zijn!

Alles was top, er viel niets tegen.

Pros:

Had everything we needed, great location. You need a car to visit Florence but very easy to get around.

Cons:

Very nice property, the rooms were clean and we enjoyed having meals at the balcony.

Heerlijk verblijf op prima locatie met zeer behulpzame gastvrouw
Pros:

Nette kamers. Schoon, prima onderhouden. Goed werkende airco's! Mooie locatie. Een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw!

Cons:

Er viel niets echt tegen. Hou rekening met een klein beetje geluid van auto's die passeren van een weg verderop.

Ondanks dat de check-in niet in persoon was, voelde het welkom warm en persoonlijk. Informatie heel duidelijk, snelle terugkoppeling bij vragen. Locatie prima, dichtbij treinstation met redelijk snelle verbinding naar Florence.

Pros:

The host Mrs. Laura, was wonderful and very helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was going well and smooth. Nice apartment with lots of space to sit and relax. Very luxurious bedding and furniture. Kitchen is very clean and equipped with all you might need throughout your stay. This is the first time I’ve been in Prato and it’s not going to be the last and Dame di Toscana is going to be my first choice.

All that being said , Laura the hostess was awesome to work with. Once back at the place pleasant and comfortable.

Tolles Appartement mit kleinen Abzügen in der B-Note.

Super eingerichtetes Appartement in einem sehr schönen und ruhigen Haus.
Zwei eigene abgetrennte Schlafzimmer mit je einem Badezimmer.
Schöne große Terrasse in Ostausrichtung.
Toller Service, die Eigentümer antworten auf jede Fragestellung umgehend und bei Problemen wird sofort geholfen.
Zugang und Benutzung von einer Waschmaschine und einem Wäschetrockner.
Appartement in der Nähe einer Bahnstation, mit Zugverbindungen nach Pisa und Florenz.

Cons:

Ausstattung in der Küche (Besteck, Töpfe & Geschirr) etwas dürftig für 4 Personen. Es gibt zwar eine Spülmaschine, diese muss aber nach jedem Essen laufen, damit man ausreichend Besteck & Geschirr hat.
Bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten für 4 Personen im Wohnzimmer nicht vorhanden, das Sofa reicht für 2-3 Personen.
Esstisch für 4 Personen ebenfalls etwas klein, aber machbar.
