Parking is available for KRW 5,000 per night and KRW 10,000 based on 15:00 check-in and 11:00 check-out. An additional charge of KRW 4,000 per hour for use outside of these hours.
To ensure the safe storage of your belongings, our luggage storage service uses paid self-service lockers. The lockers on the second floor of the hotel and charges as follows:
-Large Locker
KRW 8,000 for the first 5 hours.
KRW 2,000 per additional hour.
-Small Locker:
KRW 4,000 for the first 5 hours.
KRW 1,000 per additional hour.
Guests can use the self-service lockers at Seongsu Station or nearby locations.
Please note that construction work is taking place nearby until mid-March 2026, and some rooms may be affected by noise.
Please note that maintenance work on the outdoor bathtub in the Terrace Suite will be carried out until September 2026.
The outdoor bathtub in the Terrace Suite is closed from December to February each year.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great location, value for money. Staff was super nice and helpful.
The room size was very tiny for 2! We were on the 4th floor and the noise from outside streets was very loud, esp on weekend nights.
What I like the most in Hotel Poco are the following -- the best quality service of the staff of the hotel, the location and the cleanliness of the room provided for me.
The lighting maybe not enough as I needed to draw the curtains so I wont be seen from the outside. Perhaps it is best if there is a sheer curtain to allow the natural light from the outside to come in, to make the room a little brighter.

Didn’t felt like a hotel
I really enjoyed my stay at Poco Hotel, especially because of its fantastic location right in the heart of Seongsu.
It became the perfect little hub for my time in Seoul. Being just a couple of minutes from the train station made it incredibly easy to get around and explore different parts of the city, and I loved having Seongsu right outside my door. The convenience of the location made such a difference, especially when travelling on my own.
The room itself was on the smaller side, but it was clean, comfortable and have everything I needed for my stay. For me the location and convenience more than made up for the limited space.
A great base for exploring Seoul, particularly if you want to stay in Seongsu and have easy access to the rest of the city.
