Cons:

大浴場、トイレ（２階）共に排水が悪い？感じがした。
部屋のエアコンがたぶん壊れていて上下方向の羽根？が開きっぱなしで調整ができなかった。

大満足です。
Pros:

トイレ・風呂別で、低価格です。部屋にトイレ・風呂がないものの、共用スペースも清掃がされており、綺麗で費用対効果的には抜群に良く、満足しています。ホテルは狸小路・ススキノまでも歩いて行ける範囲にあるため、立地的にもよいです。
