Comfortable, relaxing, and filled with genuinely warm hospitality.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was classic and tasty, the pool was excellent and spacious, and the room was comfortable.

What stood out the most, however, was the staff. Everyone I met at the hotel was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Their kindness made my stay especially comfortable and pleasant.

Pros:

It was just the start of the season, so the hotel was still quite empty, which made the stay even more relaxing. I enjoyed everything from the very first welcome at reception. The room was clean, comfortable and had a nice view of the garden and pool area. The breakfast was perfect as well. Very good choice for spending a few nights outside of Heraklion, especially if you are going to explore the western side of the island.

Cons:

La literie est à désirée sale et très vielle. Le matelas horrible on sentait les ressorts. Des moustiques qui rentre pendant la nuit par je ne sais où, vu que l’on ouvrait jamais la fenêtre et on rentrait dans le noir pour pas qu’il rentre avec nous au cas ou. Juste la salle de bain refaite a neuf mais pas entretenu.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Nur 150 m vom langen Strand entfernt und auch in die Hauptstadt Heraklion war es mit dem Bus nur 25 Minuten. Das Hotel verfügt über einen grossen Pool in dem man wirklich schwimmen kann. Auch eine Poolbar mit Snacks und kalten Getränken zu moderaten Preisen ist vorhanden. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Die Frühstücksterrasse war sehr gemütlich.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer ziemlich dunkel, was wohl an den nicht verputzten Wänden lag. Wir hatten ein schmales (80cm) und ein etwas breiteres Bett (140cm), was etwas unbequem war. Während des Duschens lief das Wasser schlecht ab, was immer für „Überschwemmung“ im Bad sorgte.

Nettes kleines Hotel mit tollem Pool
Pros:

Toller großer Pool, sehr freundliches Personal und sehr zentral gelegen an einer Straße mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Nähe zum Strand war auch toll, dort gibt es Beach Clubs in denen man nicht für die Liegen bezahlen muss, sondern im Club etwas konsumieren muss. Das fand ich toll.Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung.
Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis war super, und ich würde es wieder buchen wenn ich in der Nachsaison komme.

Cons:

Etwas störend war der Straßenlärm Nachts, aber wir hatten Glück ein Zimmer mit Aussicht in den Garten zu haben.
Die Klimaanlage ist auch etwas laut.

Pros:

Gorgona ist ein kleines Hotel, das mit der Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeiter besticht. Es gibt 24Std einen -immer- hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter:in, alle sind immer freundlich und jeder sorgt dafür, dass es einem gut geht - man entspannen und abschalten kann. Sehr gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt Heraklion, Kulturstätten, Strand, ein sehr sauberer Pool. Tolle Poolbar. Ich lieb's.
