Pros:

The room was nice and the bed comfortable. The pool is huge. The staff is very helpful. There is a bus stop very close to go to Heraklion. Breakfast had a large variety of options. You can easily park.
The beach is very close too.

Tout s'est très bien passé, personnes très à l'écoute.
Pros:

Sympathie de tout le personnel,notamment de la jeune fille francophone et des deux personnes de la réception.Bon confort , propreté,grande piscine et petit déjeuner très suffisant.Bon emplacement.

Lovely family run hotel.
Pros:

We liked that it was a small family run hotel and the location.

Cons:

Well the only thing is we did find that the bed was a little hard for us but that's the only thing we can honestly say that we didn't like.

Cons:

The Room: Despite booking a "superior" room, the space is exceptionally cramped and desperately outdated.
The Bed: The mattress is rock-hard, the pillows are old and worn out, and the bed as a whole is entirely uncomfortably. After suffering from a severe lack of sleep, I had to go out and buy my own pillows from a local shop just to get some rest.lift not working
The Bathroom: Extremely tiny, with virtually zero surface area or storage space to place your basic toiletries.
The Balcony: While it features two chairs, there is no table, and frustratingly, there is nowhere provided to hang damp towels or swimwear.

Struttura adeguata al prezzo
Pros:

Posizione buona ,vicino alla spiaggia.
Il bagno della mia camera rinnovato di recente.
Colazione adeguata, personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

La struttura ha bisogno di essere rinnovata, in particolare modo le camere.
Lo scarico del bagno nella mia camera non adeguato pertanto con la doccia si allaga.

Personalul foarte drăguț , am sosit la ora 9 la hotel deși cazarea era de la ora 14 am fost invitați să luam micul dejun. Curățenie în fiecare zi , lenjeria schimbata.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean bedroom and bed linen.

Nice place for a stop over as easy to find, has parking on site and is near the highway.
Local tavernas good.

Pros:

Hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla, hyvä aamupala, iso uima-allas missä aina tilaa. Siivous oli hyvää!

Cons:

Aika pieni huone ja meille sattui tosi pieni parveke. Kova sänky ja tyyny oli jo aikansa elänyt. Viemäri haisi vessassa.

Non rapport qualité prix pour une chambre de passage
Pros:

La piscine avec un grand nombre de transat et la chambre plutôt récente
Petit déjeuné très sympathique aussi avec une grande terrasse couverte pour manger

Cons:

Manque de rigueur dans le ménage, des tâches sur les drapes et moustiques écrasés au plafond ou dans la douche qui ont persistés sur les 3j malgré un ménage fait
Parking trop petit obligé de se garer sur un parking en face

Personalul ne-a impresionat prin amabilitatea si intelegerea de care au dat dovada. Sunt oameni ospitalieri si care vor sa ofere o experienta cat mai placuta. In ultima zi ne-au lasat sa stam pana seara la ora la care am avut zborul, desi check-out-ul era la ora 11 si ne-au ajutat sa gasim si o masina care sa ne duca la aeroport.
Micul dejun este bogat, pentru toate gusturile, sarat sau dulce.
Curatenia in camere se face zilnic, iar prosoapele si lenjeriile schimbate la 2-3 zile.

Wonderful.!
Pros:

The location- Amoudara has everything and the city vibe in Heraklion is just a bus/taxi drive away.
I loved the peaceful setting and the pool set in beautiful gardens.Once you walk through the hotel doors,it is an oasis of calm.It felt more 'Greek' than some of the 5 star hotel chains.
The staff is exceptional: polite,helpful and ready to recommend and advise on local facilities and places to visit.Definitely worth another visit.
