Pros:

Расположение прекрасное, близко трамвайная остановка, 5 минут до Карлова моста. Сами аппартаменты просторные, со старинной мебелью. Чисто. Для того чтобы только переночевать пару раз вполне подходит,

Cons:

Очень влажно. В ванной все время капала вода непонятно откуда и скапливалась лужей на полу. Потолки в комнатах со следами облупленной штукатурки, протеки желтого цвета. Эта штукатурка мелкими кусочками падала на вещи в течение проживания. За пять дней проживания постоянная повышенная влажность утомила. С сожалением признаю, что данные апартаменты в таком виде больше не выберу.

Pros:

A localização é excelente, bem próximo ao castelo e à Ponte Carlos. Fizemos todos os roteiros a pé, mas passa muito bondinho próximo. Existem cafés, restaurantes e mercados próximos ao hotel. Nosso quarto surpreendeu, pois tinha uma mini cozinha com fogão, forno, frigobar, pia, e até uma máquina de lavar roupas. Não há uma recepção física 24h, mas isso nao atrapalhou a estadia pois conseguimos utilizar os lockboxes para guardar as chaves, utilizando os códigos que foram enviados antecipadamente ao nosso e-mail. A cama é bastante confortável, e o banheiro é relativamente grande. Foi uma ótima estadia, confortável e agradável. Recomendo!

Very spacious. Plenty of beds, very very good location. Clean and comfortable

Cons:

The bathroom was small and shower was difficult to use because of the roof. We had a top floor room.

Läget. Centralt och nära till sevärdigheter, restauranger, barer och mini livs.

Stora fuktfläckar i tak och väggar.

Ingen varmvatten.
Stopp i avloppet.
Smutsiga golv.
Droppade badkar med fuktfläckar runtom.
Trots rökfritt så rökte folk så det vällde in cigarettrök i vårat rum.
Trasiga stolar på balkongen.
Ingen utsikt eller takterrass (som det stod i beskrivningen).
Ljummet kylskåp.
Ingen ac.
Obemannad reception.

Ok apartment
Pros:

Location is excellent, short walk to the tram, close to the Castle, Charles bridge, restaurants, coffee shops etc. We saw the cleaner in the hallway, she was very helpful, there is no one at the reception, it’s a self check in hotel, which I didn’t mind. Bathroom was very clean tho.

Cons:

Was disappointed with cleanliness, the place was dusty, felt dirty,bed headboard was appalling, cobwebs,only net curtains in the bathroom so we didn’t want to put lights on , people opposite could see through the window. (Bathroom was very clean tho)The room could do with TLC and very sorry to say, I wouldn’t call it luxury apartments. But for overnight stay was ok.
