Die alten Möbel und die Terrasse

Cons:

Es gab eine schöne Badewanne, die wollten wir benutzen. Leider gab es nur kaltes Wasser. Auch beim Duschen gab es kein durchgehendes warmes Wasser.

It was dirty, broken mirrors, poorly clean, absolutely not soundproof and could hear properly neighbours. The staff was not responding about the complains at all

Sehr gute Lage zum kleinen Preis
Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal und der Preis war absolut niedrig. Die Dachterasse hatten wir komplett für uns und es war wirklich schön dort!

Cons:

Das Bad war eher so semi gut in Schuss und das Toilettenpapier wurde nicht gewechselt.

Pros:

Localização do imóvel e espaço do quarto nr 01.

Cons:

Instalações muito velhas, banheiro espaçoso mas sem "box", a cada banho, encharca o chão, e não tem limpeza diária, nem troca de toalhas e carpetes.

Overall, we still had a pleasant stay and appreciate your hospitality.
Pros:

We enjoyed two lovely nights at your hotel and appreciated the atmosphere, interior, and overall comfort of our stay in Prague. We also appreciated the late check-out agreement at 12:00, which allowed us to rest before our journey.

Cons:

There were a few minor issues in the room, including curtains not fully hanging on hooks, some dust, and cobwebs, but they did not significantly affect our stay. Around 10 a.m., a housekeeper questioned our check-out in a rather unfriendly manner despite the agreed late departure, which caused some discomfort until it was clarified. We also noticed that hotel staff were rarely present at the reception. We believe clearer communication between staff and guests would improve the overall experience.
