Ein originelles Anwesen mit Potential
Pros:

Super Lage, abseits von Touristenmassen und trotzdem mitten im Leben. Diverse Cafés, Restaurants für jeden Geschmack und jedes Portemonnaie. Zimmerfenster zum "Hof", daher kein Straßenlärm.

Cons:

Trotzdem selten so schlecht geschlafen wie hier: Die Eingangstür knallt jedesmal beim Schließen so laut, dass man aus dem Schlaf gerissen wird. Vlt könnte man daran etwas ändern. Und die Heizung im Bad lief die ganze Zeit auf volle Leistung, und das bei 33 ° Grad Außentemperatur.

La ubicación

Cons:

Todo fue pésimo, menos la ubicación. Las fotos publicadas están lejos de reflejar la realidad del alojamiento.
Al entrar al alojamiento era insoportable el olor a tabaco que había, no fue fácil entender que la habitación tenía el baño afuera y está mal señalizada para entender su ubicación (habitación número 9), la ducha se inunda y por último, el día del checkout un funcionario del alojamiento se puso en nuestra ventana, a fumar y mirar videos en el celular con el sonido muy alto a las 8am siendo que el checkout es a las 10am y con eso nos despertó. No lo recomiendo.

Большой холодильник не работал, старый фен, не рабочая кофемашина, отсутствовали столовые приборы такие как вилки, ложки и т.п, сломан инженерный люк в ванной(просто дырка), не удобно принимать душ.

Her ne kadar güvenlik kameraları olduğu söylense de, resepsiyonda birinin olmaması bir zaafiyet yaratıyor. Tesiste kimse olmadığı için check out yaparken bavulları bir yere bırakamıyorsunuz. Odalar arası ses geçişi yüksek, check out günü temizlik personelinin de tutumu da oldukça kaba. Kapıyı sertçe vurup kaba bir tavırla tam check out saati neden çıkmadığınızı soruyorlar. Zaten hazırlanmıştım ve çıkış yapıyordum. Odalar geniş ama bakıma ihtiyacı var.
