Lovely hotel comfortable and well presented.

Pros:

It’s in a great location, the staff are lovely , good sized rooms and bathrooms in a lovely period building in the middle of the Universities residential campus surrounded by lovely buildings and mature trees and close to Broomhill, Ecclesall Road and Endcliffe Park

Cons:

There was a heatwave and it has no air con so this cost a mark which it may not in normal weather

Great location excellent facilities
Pros:

We liked everything, the service was excellent and the room and facilities lovely. Breakfast superb will definitely stay here again if we come to Sheffield

Cons:

I guess the only thing missing was a lift. One of us had a calf strain and it was awkward to get up and down the stairs. We didnt see a lift but doesn't mean there wasn't one?

We’ve stayed before and had a good stay but this time it was a little disappointing

Great location and lovely garden surroundings

Cons:

Room was too small as a double. No air conditioning during a heat wave. We asked for a fan however and one was given to us which we used throughout. Very poor ventilation and window not sufficient to allow air to flow freely. Didn’t make for a great sleep.
