The room was large, had a good shower with a steady water pressure. The location was great!
The air conditioning was weak and it often got too warm in the room. The fitness centre had multiple faulty machines and the free weights were haphazardly placed on a massage bed. The sauna never got hot enough.

It is completely ok, if a bit old and ‘social’. Completely ok. It’s a good location, nice sized rooms.
My enduring feeling is that it lacks management. Does management know how to actually manage a hotel. So many little things that were poor. All little. And they add up. Two peppers on the table at breakfast. Or one. But never any salt. Two empty coffee pots, at 8 am, and one staff right there on his phone. There five nights and asked for my room number in morning 5. Reception staff sit behind the desk, never standing, never greeting. Just bent over papers, doing tasks. No towels one day. Rinsed out coffee cups one day, stacked and wet in the fridge cabinet. Little things. It’s not them, these young staff, it’s the lack of leadership. Lift your game. Left their service knowledge and practice.

В номере отсутствовали розетки, на летней террасе очень слабое обслуживание, не убирали грязную посуду, очень долго ждали
J'avais réservé et avais reçu confirmation pour 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Lors de l'enregistrement SURPRISE : après avoir cherché pendant 5 minutes ma réservation, le réceptionniste a fini par trouver une réservation pour une nuit seulement.
L'hôtel était complet pour la nuit suivante. Ce monsieur n'a pas été en mesure de me proposer une solution de remplacement. J'ai dû me débrouiller toute seule. Sans la moindre excuse de sa part.
Very friendly staff, very supportive. Breakfast was good, although sometime too crowdy. Rooms are large and comfortable. Location is very good.
