Bene ma non benissimo
Pros:

Hotel centrale, pulito, con tutto l'essenziale per un buon soggiorno nella capitale

Cons:

Io e mio marito abbiamo viaggiato per il Kirghizistan in bicicletta e al nostro arrivo c'è stata poca disponibilità per trovare un posto per le bici. Alla fine la soluzione si è trovata ma con poca collaborazione e gentilezza. Si poteva arrivare alla medesima soluzione con meno "dispezzo", ci siamo sentiti trattati come dei clienti di serie b (da parte di una responsabile, le ragazze della reception, al contrario, sono state sempre molto gentili)

Pros:

It was a short stay at the plaza but it was a great hotel, they upgraded my room and let me check in early. The staff were super helpful with getting airport transfer, and helping me get a taxi for me as my yandex app was not working for me. The location was good. I can’t comment on the facilities as I didn’t use them

Disappointed to be told they had no rooms for us on arrival
Pros:

Disappointed with stay - arrived at the hotel only to be told they did not have rooms for us due to hot water issues. Sent to alternative hotel which they promised was still close to centre, restaurants and had parking none of which was true. Not what you want to hear after a 6 hour drive looking forward to use of spa facilities. A message to be told they had to cancel would have been much better than how we were dealt with.

Comfortable family stay.
Pros:

We stayed in the junior suite which was very comfortable for our family of three. We enjoyed using the pool. The staff members are very helpful and friendly. The location is fantastic.

Cons:

There is a gym which is a benefit however it is basic but useable.

Acceptable stay for Bishkek
Pros:

The bathroom was spacious and the hotel is in a decent location

Cons:

The water temperature in the shower was not hot enough. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned. And the wifi was not working - we told the staff and they didn’t do much about it.
