A short pleasant stay
Pros:

Staff were friendly and spoke English, helped to arrange a taxi to the airport and provided a complimentary room upgrade. The room was clean, modern and comfortable with a view of the adjacent football stadium. Location was good for a stroll around the local area checking out the interesting buildings, squares and monuments

Cons:

Maybe a little far from the osh Bazaar, however would be a short taxi or longer walk there, unfortunately as I was only staying overnight before catching a flight I couldn’t check it out

Персонал очень хороший! Особенно хочу отметить Каныкей с ресепшн. Очень вежливая, хорошо владеет английским языком.

O quarto era top, muito espaçoso, confortável, limpo e com boa vista!
Ótima localização!

Cons:

O staff da recepção era super simpático, mas no restaurante o atendimento não é o melhor (muito demorado, engano nos pedidos, pouca comunicação…).

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Great location. Within walking distance of many of Bishkek's attractions. Good breakfast. Good restaurant with reasonable prices. Great room with a great view.

Cons:

The attitude of one of the staff. We had requested to stay a bit longer than the check out time because of a late flight. One member was about to agree when another staff member refused saying guests were arriving. So we stayed in the lobby. It was clear that no guests were arriving and that our request to stay two more hours could have been met.
