L’aperitivo in piscina, è stato stupendo
J’ai aimé l’authenticité du Chalet avec un Esprit montagnards luxueux. Le petit déjeuner était merveilleux.

The view and service from the staff were world class

I loved the location, the food, the staff were so friendly, the amount of the things to do at the hotel alone was great.
The one thing I didn’t like was the bed in the room we stayed in because it was on chains and swung. And I’m quite a light sensitive sleeper, so it moved every time we moved. But that is the only negative.

Gostei muito do atendimento da equipe que faz o acesso ao hotel, desde as pessoas do atendimento até a equipe que cuida de carregar bagagens e a limpeza. Vi que alguns atendentes cuidam do hotel muitas horas e com muito carinho tudo é feito em prol dos hóspedes.
Não gostei dos 2 restaurantes, o menu e a comida salgada precisa de aprimoramentos. O doce e o café da manhã estão perfeitos.
Alguns membros da equipe e do restaurante com
Deboches e risadas altas fizeram o café da manhã ser constrangido, mas levei na esportiva porque não sei do que falavam.
A comida servida no jantar eu fazia melhor quando tinha 9 anos e cabia quando eu cozinhava mais que a palma da minha mão.
Atualmente vale muito apena ir e levar a comida do Que jantar no hotel !

Le condizioni non perfette della stanza,il parquet a terra era sollevato all'entrata del bagno e costringeva a fare attenzione per non inciampare.
