All staff were really good but a special mention for Suzan on reception. We had a problem with our booking (entirely our fault) but she investigated and sorted it out. Nice pool. Convenient for airport.

Het ligt in een slechte buurt, het hotel is oud. Het ruikt naar ontsmettingsmiddel, de bedden zijn hard, de douch was goed maar het stonk heel erg naar riool en het was een kamer en badkamer waarbij je dacht:hier wil ik zo snel mogelijk weg, niks luxe of fijn, die booking beoordeling klopt niet, dit is hooguit een zes

Close to the airport, free pick-up and drop-off service from/to the airport even very early, large room, very nice, smiley and efficient staff, as well as very good food served. Thank you for everything!
À little bit difficult to get the right temperature of water for the shower.
Fijne hotel als je op doorvlucht bent! Je bent snel bij de airport en de shuttle service is top geregeld. Ook hebben ze een zwembad die er fijn uitziet (zelf niet in kunnen zwemmen).
Enorm harde bedden! Wij hadden ook een kamer naast de eetzaal en op de gang; de kamers zijn enorm gehorig dus waren al vroeg wakker.
Ook kunnen ze communicatie naar gasten toe iets verbeteren. Wij kwamen om half 12 ‘s nachts aan na een lange vlucht en uit wat we konden opvangen was er een probleem met de kamers. In plaats van uitleggen wat er aan de hand is, vroegen ze of wij wilden dineren op hun kosten en hebben we 40 minuten gewacht voor een kamer. Wij hadden zelf weinig trek, dus uiteindelijk wel fijn compensatie gekregen door wat later kosteloos te mogen uitchecken! Een volgende keer zou ik toch als tip geven om transparant te zijn naar de gasten en uit te leggen wat de situatie is. Verder helemaal prima!
