The location was great.

Cons:

I would recommend a bath mat for outside of the shower because after a shower, the tile floor is slippery. Also, we were 2 people and they gave us only 1 bath towel. We called to request another bath towel and they never brought it.

Short and sweet.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. I had an issue with collecting my bags and they came back to collect me and were very accommodating.

Cons:

Windows are not soundproof. This makes the rooms very noisy. Earplugs are definitely needed. Facilities are dated but rooms are clean.

Pros:

Driver met the plane with my name, no waiting around for ages for the shuttle, loved the chef cooking omelette individually at breakfast.

Pros:

Very friendly staff. We by mistake took a taxi instead of using their free shuttle from the airport so they gave us a complimentary dinner which I have never experienced before. Thank you!

Pros:

The staff was amazing. It was a lovely place to stay in my way out of Nairobi. I would come again for sure.
The bed was the most comfortable bed I laid on my entire trip!
