Location and adjacent facility

Cons:

Booked through Booking.com, could only make a change by contacting the property. Change made and confirmed by email by the property. On check in the property tempted to charge an additional amount saying they had made a mistake in the confirmation. Reception staff adamant the additional payment needed to be paid, could not be resolved until they called their manager later in the day. The additional charge was removed, but they were not apologetic.

Pros:

The room felt big with modern fittings and a nice bathroom. The location was good - nice and close to restaurants

Cons:

The neighbours were noisy coming home at midnight and the corridor echoed that noise.

Will Never go back
Pros:

The Location is a great park of town.

Cons:

My room had a very bad smell of old and unclean. The fridge was very dirty especially on the door and around the seals. my cups and glasses were dirty. There were hand prints all over the tiles in the bathroom. The pillows smelt like they had been used for way to long and the bed was hard as a rock. Even the note left to make suggestions ect was old and stained.
