Spacious rooms but very dated and overpriced

Cons:

I’ve been staying there for past 10 years and in same condition. Mattress uncomfortable, very dated, furniture uncomfortable and falling apart, mould in bathroom and cabinetry all chipped, damaged. Needs some major maintenance for price being charged.
