Great location, and facilities and rooms. Wonderful breakfast and view from the dining room and helpful staff in dining room.
Staff were very friendly, but not organized and at times not very knowledgable- not having operating systems down. When we checked out they did not ask for payment
and called our taxi after the fact. We certainly want to pay, but when you check out is they job of staff to present the customer the bill.
Really liked how hospitable the staff was in helping me find an express laundry, was always happy and greeting us, and the accommodations were warm for the area. Breakfast we only enjoyed once due to our schedule.
Staff were great so friendly and nice and so accommodating. Good value fur money too.
At one point the toilet wouldn’t flush but it got sorted on its own.

The friendly staff, warm welcome & recognition this was our honeymoon trip. They prepared our room with rose petals and roses, chocolates and gave us a lovely suite with great views of Puno city. Breakfast was good too🤗
