When we reached to the hotel, the hotel reception shared we our online booking got cancelled!!

The cancellation of our online booking, then had to do spot booking which led actually we had no rooms at all for the stay.

It was a great experience staying in holiday inn and the breakfast spread was reasonably with Asian and local.
Pros:

Prompt service, allowed me to view the room before I made any decision. Staff were very helpful. I checked in upon arrival.

Cons:

Poor location poor management only redeeming quality is that it is somewhat clean in the room and air conditioning works
Pros:

Next to the bus stop relatively close to mrt but that applies to every hotel in Singapore anyways so it isn’t really anything special

Cons:

Booked 2 double bed rooms ended up with 2 queen bed rooms don’t know how just bad managing I guess. For the same amount of money you could get a hotel way better simple as that. Location is actually poor located in little India the area around is dirty and not worth staying in.

Temiz, çalışanlar güleryüzlü. Kahvaltısı yeterli. Oda biraz küçüktü ama yeterdi yine. Konumu görece olarak iyi. Metroya ort 500 m yürüme mesafede. Önünden otobüs geçiyor ama hiç kullanmadım. Fiyat performans olarak iyi diyebilirim.

Excellent Hotel and would like to book again in future visits to Singapore
Pros:

The Holiday in Express located in the heart of City Centre of Singapore. The rooms are tidy but neat and clean. The Breakfast are very good to taste. Thanks for the all good arrangements.

Cons:

The Room Rent was expensive. It can be reduced to attract more customers.
