Pros:

Breakfast Selection good, if you like everything cold. Location good

Cons:

First room allocated to us was supposed to be deluxe garden view. Set out on 2 floors joined by what can only be described as ankle breaker stairs, toilet downstairs hot bedroom upstairs with frosted glass windows! Immediately reported to reception that it wasn't acceptable, they did move us to a more suitable one floor room, just unfortunate we was sharing with half the mosquitoes in Thailand, and lots of building work Immediately next door, so definitely no afternoon sleeping allowed.
Location was good but expensive bar, most people go to other bars very close.
Breakfast had a good selection.... but I warn you to approach the lady on the egg station with caution should you wish for warm eggs and not the ones she made earlier... she not a happy one!!!

Für die Location am Hauptstrand mit den Preisen die verlangt werden sollte man als Gast mehr erwarten als das, was gebot
Pros:

Die Lage am Hautstrand ist ne Super Location. Mittendrin und trotzdem erholsam.

Cons:

Offensichtlich ist das Personal an der Strandbar total überfordert mit den Bestellungen per Scan. Der gleiche QR Code wurde an zwei Tischen vergeben und die Kellner benötigten drei Anläufe bis die Rechnungen gemäß den Bestellungen der beiden Tische getrennt waren. Hinzu kommt, dass die Getränkepreise im Resort mit die höchsten der Insel sind.
Die Qualität der Speisen vom Frühstücksbüffet ließ auch zu wünschen übrig.
Bei meinen letzten beiden Besuchen erwähnte ich bereits,dass die Hütten dringend renoviert werden müssen. Jedes andere Resort auf Koh Samed bietet da mittlerweile mehr für weniger Geld.
Ao Cho Hideaway (gehört auch zur Grandview Gruppe) ist da um Längen besser.
Zu guter letzt mussten wir auf der Rückreise mehr als 60 Minuten am Elephante Café warten weil unser Auto zugeparkt war und der Schlüssel des anderen Gastes auf Koh Samed geholt werden musste.
