Decent to sleep.
Pros:

Accessible especially if you're in town for work. the handyman was nice to us.

Cons:

Administration was very mean and difficult to work with. Nobody was here to assist during the whole stay. the rooms were quite dirty and appliances were old. A lot of dust around especially on the terraces.

Très vétuste, murs, rideaux sales.
Mauvaise odeur (humidité, tabac).

Un bon rapport qualité prix, on est a proximité du jardin de l'État, de la ville
On a pu faire tout ce qu'on a prévu.

Cons:

Manque de place pour se stationner, les emplacements prévus étaient prises par les véhicules de location.

Se sera bien de rafraîchir l'appartement
