Ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremo nella stessa struttura a settembre
Pros:

Staff gentile e sorridente. Buona e varia la colazione, ottimo cappuccino. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il ristorante - pizzeria collegato all' hotel: ambiente accogliente e ottima cucina.

Cons:

A colazione forse qualche dolcetto in più e le uova che vengono cucinate al momento le proporrei come omelette o strapazzate piuttosto che alla cocque.

Agréable séjour
Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable. L'Hôtel propre, belle chambre, petit déjeuner compris, parking gratuit et bus gratuit avec le pass de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Un peu loin du centre pour y aller à pied mais au vu de tous les avantages ce n'est qu'un petit détail sans importance.

Pros:

La habitación fue cómoda, la cama también, estaba todo muy limpio.. El desayuno todo rico, la chica que estaba allí siempre se aseguro que haya todo y muy amable.

Cons:

La ubicación no es muy buena, pero al final resulto cómodo para conocer Lucerna, no usamos el auto, lo dejamos estacionado allí (tienen estacionamiento gratis para los huéspedes) y nos dieron un voucher para usar el autobús free. Que lo tomamos a 50 metros y lo mismo para volver del centro.

We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen. We waren heel vroeg. Kregen een app om met de bus naar Luzern te gaan. Schone kamers en uitgebreid ontbijt.
