I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The front desk staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful throughout my stay. Customer service was one of the worst I’ve experienced—they showed little interest in resolving issues or making guests feel welcome.
The hotel’s location also felt unsafe, especially at night. I did not feel comfortable walking around the area, which made the stay even more stressful.
Overall, between the poor customer service, unprofessional front desk staff, and the unsafe location, this hotel was a huge disappointment. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend it to others.
