Localização pé na areia.

Cons:

Café da manhã só dá direito a um item se você quiser outro é pago a parte, valor cobrado diferente do acordado pois inicialmente eram 256 dólares, após pagar na cotação do dia no local ainda tive que pagar um adicional o que deu a mais. Em todos os serviços extras é embutido a taxa de gorjeta sem ser informado ao cliente.

Noisy all night and no vegan food. Very little English is spoken by the staff.

It was very noisy all night in front of my room and there wasn't even any earplugs provided. Even though I stated that I'm vegan and was told that they were gonna prepare something vegan for breakfast by the night shift staff, the staff in the morning was clueless about this and no vegan food was provided for breakfast.

Pros:

Schöne Zimmer auch wenn manche im hinteren Teil des Hotels liegen. Frühstück wird al Card serviert. Mega Ausblick und gute Lage. Sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Wasser in Dusche nur kalt und es riecht schlecht. Zimmertür Schlösser etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

We really loved this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to help us. They even arranged the purchase of a local SIM card for us, which was super convenient.
On our first night, we were placed in a different room, which actually gave us a chance to experience a couple of different setups. The first room would be perfect for a large family: it features a spacious living room opening up to a big balcony with an ocean view, a master bedroom with a large, comfortable bed and an en-suite bathroom, and two other bedrooms with a bathroom. It was just a bit too big for us, as we had booked a different category, which we moved into the next day (the rooms are right next to each other, so the move didn't cause any inconvenience at all). We liked the second room even more!
Both rooms are not brand new, but they are clean and the layout is very well-designed. It’s a bit strange, though, that despite having a kitchen, there are absolutely no utensils, plates, or glasses. We didn't plan on cooking anyway, but someone might choose this hotel specifically because of the kitchen, so it's worth noting that it’s purely decorative :)
It's amazing that you can go straight down to the bar and the beach right from the balcony. The music from the bar didn't bother us at all—it never played at night, and during the day, if it was on, it was never too loud.
Very good, delicious breakfasts are included in the price, and the location is perfect, right on the beach. We had a wonderful start to our vacation at this hotel

excelente ubicacion
Pros:

la ubicacion de la parte nueva es justo a la orilla de la playa, muy bonita y comoda. agradecemos que nos atendieron muy bien a pesar de que fue una reserva de emergencia (la villa donde reservamos originalmente nunca nos contesto el telefono y nos dejaron varados en la calle a las 10 pm)

Cons:

no me puedo quejar de nada, es mas, estoy agradecido por apoyarnos con toda la amabilidad y sinceridad del mundo.

Todo me gustó. Tal vez, sólo que hubo sargazo en el lado del hotel. Tal vez, como sugerencia, organizarse el sector público y privado y limpiar permanentemente como en otras playas. Y otra sugerencia: mas sonrientes el personal del bar. Lo bueno,les arrancamos una sonrisa. La gente dominicana es linda! Y con sus sonrisas irradkst alegria, más!
