My room was an attic bedroom up 3-flights of stairs. The blinds on the Velux window were broken and wouldn't open. The room was not cleaned for the 3 days I stayed there. No alternative rooms were provided when I asked to change location. The stay was below standard on this occasion

Good value.
Pros:

A cozy hotel. Nice bathrom, excellent shower, and the breakfast-staff were very politi and helpful. We enjoyed the area as well.

Cons:

The bed was too hard and the pillows flat and uncomfertable.
