Pros:

Gute Lage, Nettes Personal, gutes Wlan

Cons:

kein Aufzug und Zimmer im vierten stock (konnte den koffer unten lassen und das wichtigste rausnehmen und Personal war sehr hilfsbereit)

No está mal, pero tiene bastantes cosas mejorables
Pros:

La cama era bastante cómoda ya habitación tenía un tamaño suficiente para dos personas.

Cons:

El baño tenía un olor bastante fuerte a tuberías que era muy desagradable, y el agua de la ducha salía con poca potencia y costaba conseguir que saliera caliente. Además nos tocó subir a un cuarto piso y no tiene ascensor. Nosotros íbamos con mochila, pero si vas con maleta es un impedimento claro.

Die Größe des Zimmers war eine Frechheit! In manchen Ländern kommt man dafür in den Knast. Keine Chance, irgendwo einen Koffer, aufzumachen oder abzulegen

Great stay - would recommend.
Pros:

The staff here are what makes this hotel very good. Pleasant & attentive. Clean, albeit dated/shabby room but it had all I needed & the wi-fi, television & shower room were 10 out of 10.

Cons:

The room does need upgrading (room 002).

Overall it was pretty good
Pros:

The room was pretty clean, quiet and comfy. The heating was very good specially with this cold weather

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no elevator

I'd stay here again!
Pros:

The staff are what make this hotel great. I communicated with 4 reception staff & they were all very friendly & helpful.
The wi-fi was excellent. The smart television was an unexpected bonus as well. The room was very clean & the location was great, with it being approximately a 10 minute walk to the OVO Hydro where I was attending a concert. It was a relatively easy, safe & busy route between the hotel & concert venue as well which is quite important to point out.
I would stay here again.

Cons:

The room was shabby (room 2 in the basement) although it had everything that I needed. The shower room had been refurbished though & was of a very good standard.
