Beyond expectations
Pros:

We stayed in the hotel for around ten days and it was absolutely great. The location is quiet, around one hour by car from the airport. The facilities are well equipped and the overall location is perfect with a small child. The staff was beyond expectations. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The restaurant/ catering staff were absolutely amazing, always smiling to us and our little one and being very helpful. Many thanks for that! The animation team was organising nice activities, a bit of everything for everyone's taste and making efforts to make everyone feel included. From the kids corner, we want to say a big thanks to the Hungarian girl (sorry didn't get the name), she was absolutely great, very kind with kids and involving. The food was great too, lots of choices and Greek food offered.

Cons:

There isn't much to say, small details, e.g., we had some ants in our apartment; the water did take some time to heat or sometimes the flow was very low but we are fully aware that these things are common on Greek islands, so wasn't a big issue. Coffee could have been better in the buffet but also not a big issue, as we could easily get another one in the bar area.

הכל ! החדרים, האוכל, המיקום, יחס התמורה למחיר ובעיקר הצוות הנפלא של המלון !!!

Cons:

בכל מקום יכולות לקרות תקלות. ההבדל בין מלון מעולה למלון רגיל, הוא צורת הטיפול בתקלה. גם לנו הייתה תקלה אבל, היא נפתרה בצורה נהדרת על ידי הצוות המדהים של המלון !

The staff were probably the best set of staff we have ever come across. Friendly, accommodating, and almost like holding looked after by friends.

I would go back.to.this place again and again.

Os quartos deveriam de estar equipados com repelente. Tivemos de comprar, pois logo a chegada o quarto tinha melgas e mosquitos no seu interior.
Quando fizemos check-in uma das funcionárias (parecia estar a iniciar) foi muito seca no trato… depois da viagem não precisávamos que nos falassem assim. Uma das toalhas que nos deram para a piscina, tinha buracos e estava esfarrapada nas pontas….
Num 5 estrelas isto não se espera.

Le resort est super, tout est a disposition pour vous satisfaire,
Le personnel est d'un accueil exceptionnel merci à eux.
Tout était propre confortable, le terrain de tennis est super,
Le buffet du soir ou le petit déj est copieux et qualitatif. Parfait.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Cons:

La température de la piscine tres fraiche mais fin avril c est peut etre normal et les gobelets cartons des cocktails servis au bar, dans d autres hôtels j'ai déjà eu des eco cup plutôt que des gobelets jetables.
Les horaires ne sont pas affichés assez clairement.
