Just know, I’m coming back and were telling all our friends
Pros:

I loves everything. We got the all inclusive package and the food for every meal was AMAZING!!!

On top of that, the ANIMATION TEAM made me feel right at home how they greeted my family and I along with how they treated us like their own family as well.

All of them incorporated as much healthy & fit exercising as possible and got every single person moving throughout the entire stay. That ANIMATION team is truly something special, every single one of them. Wish we stayed longer honestly because they really created a bond like no other with my family & i.

Pros:

Отличная гостиница с хорошим пляжем. Питание разнообразное, много фруктов, сладостей и вскуснейшая пицца. Территория небольшая, но ухоженная, есть спортивные площадки, вечерние программы и дневные развлечения у бассейна. В номере тихо, хорошая уборка, и спасибо всему персоналу, мы остались довольны!

Animatori, kā arī edināšana ir ļoti laba. Patika arī lokācija un jūras tuvums.

Cons:

Šī jau bija otrā reize, kad šeit bijām. Kopumā viss bija labi. Nepatika tas, ka virs terases pie baseina bija bezdelīgu ligzdas. Putni netraucēja, bet traucēja tas, ka uz terases bija daudz putnu kaku, kā rezultātā nebija pilnībā iespējams izbaudīt terases priekšrocības. Ligzdas bija arī pie ēkas tieši virs baseina, kā rezultātā putnu kakas krita tieši baseinā, līdz ar to baseins bija pilns ar putnu mēsliem un spalvām.
Ar ēdināšanas procesu bija diezgan liels bardaks un neorganizētība. Galdiņus ierāda personāls, kas vienmēr ir dusmīgs un neapmierināts (vismaz radās tāds iespaids). Bija arī situācija, kad galdiņš tika ierādīts, bet kamēr izvēlējāmies ēdienu, tikmēr kāds cits viesmīlis mūsu vietu bija ierādījis citam pārim.

Úžasná dovolenka
Pros:

So všetkým sme boli absolútne spokojní. Vila aj bazén boli čisté, všetko krásne upratané, na vile všetko potrebné k dispozícii (práčka, myčka, sušiak, kávovar, rôzne spotrebiče). Na vile nás čakalo kvalitné prosecco a misa plná ovocia. Personál bol absolútne úžasný, milý, pozorný k deťom aj dospelým. Jedlo skvelé, bohatý výber naozaj všetkého.

Personale gentilissimo, ci siamo sentiti accolti e hanno soddisfatto ogni esigenza. Anche l'animazione ci è piaciuta molto.

Cons:

Unica pecca la spiaggia poco curata (la pulizia potrebbe migliorare) e moltissime formiche anche in camera (comunque risolta con uno spray fornito dallo staff).

Pros:

Posto eccezionale! Staff gentile, disponibile e simpatico, pronto ad accontentare eventuali richieste. La camera aveva i comfort necessari per l'intera vacanza. Location molto bella e immersa in un verde molto curato. Le piscine ben curate e a su misura per i bambini. Spiaggia sabbiosa. Il ristorante ti offre tantissime scelte, che sia colazione/pranzo/cena. Durante la giornata l'animazione ti coinvolge nelle attività giornaliere senza mai essere invadente.

Insgesamt schön, aber keine 5 Sterne!
Pros:

Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns dadurch direkt wohlgefühlt. Das Animationsteam war aufmerksam, aber nicht zu aufdringlich. Mit den Menschen steht und fällt ein gelungener Aufenthalt und das hat hier gepasst! Besonders hervorzuheben ist hier Daniela, eine super herzliche Reinigungskraft.

Die Anlage ist schön bepflanzt und zwar groß, aber nicht riesig. Die Poolanlage war sauber. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist zwar gut,, aber zu Fuß kann man nicht wirklich wohin laufen. Selbst in den nächsten Ort benötigt man 40 Minuten zu Fuß, was in Ordnung wäre, wenn es Gehwege gäbe.

Für unseren knapp 2-jährigen Sohn war das Resort ein Traum. Den großen modernen Spielplatz mit großen Schirmen für Schatten hat er geliebt. Ebenso den Kids Corner, auch wenn er hierfür noch etwas jung war (Betreuung, Basteln, Malen, Spielen) und die Mini-Disco am Abend.

Das Essen war insgesamt gut. Es gab täglich neben internationalen Speisen auch traditionelle griechische Gerichte am Buffet. Die Auswahl war groß, aber nicht übertrieben. Dass es eine Bar mit Gewürzen und frischem Schnittlauch gibt, finde ich Klasse. Bei einem Aufenthalt von mind. einer Woche ist ein Essen im Restaurant inbegriffen. Das war sehr lecker, mit gutem Service und tollem Ausblick auf den Sonnenuntergang.

Die Lautstärke der Animation, sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts, hielt sich in Grenzen (wir hatten ein Zimmer etwa in der Mitte der Anlage). Um 23 Uhr war es spätestens leise. Zwischen 12 und 15 Uhr ebenso. Es gab Sportangebote wie Yoga oder Beachvolleyball.

Die Schränke und Schubladen im Zimmer sind hochwertig und lassen sich leise schließen. Im Zimmer war es insgesamt sauber. Das Toilettenpapier ist hochwertiger als ich es aus vielen Hotels gewohnt bin. Die Betten sind eher hart. Aber recht bequem.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war zwar sauber, aber der Außenbereich nicht überall. Auf den Treppen zu den Zimmern lagen tagelang toten Ameisen und auch ein kleiner Frosch in den Ecken. Bei Kleinkindern, die das anfassen, ist das recht gefährlich. Wenn dort Insekten bekämpft werden, muss man diese auch wegräumen. Ob der Frosch durch die Chemikalien zu Grunde ging oder zufällig, kann ich nicht sagen. Auch im Essensbereich wird eher oberflächlich gereinigt. Die Untersetzer/Matten auf den Tischen werden gewischt, aber nicht darunter, so dass sich dort manchmal Dreck sammelt.

Der Bereich an der Bühne ist nicht regefest überdacht, nur für Schatten. Dadurch kann man dort bei Regen nicht sitzen und die Sitzpolster werden regelmäßig nass. Bei einer Insel, auf der es auch in den Sommermonaten mal regnet, ist das nicht verständlich. Für die Überdachung am Balkon der Zimmer im 1. OG gilt dasselbe.

Am Pool gibt es Pappgeschirr und -becher, was nicht nachhaltig ist. Das hat uns nicht gefallen!

Der Automat für die Papiertücher zum Trocknen der Hände auf dem öffentlichen WC war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts kaputt. Die dicke Rolle mit den Papiertüchern stand einfach so herum. Warum repariert man das nicht?

Je nach Uhrzeit gab es kaum Wasserdruck in der Dusche, sobald man sie warm drehte (gegen 18 Uhr, zumindest in den ersten Tagen). Duschen war kaum möglich.

Der Pool für Kleinkinder hatte z.T. nur 23-24 Grad, kälter als der große Pool. Hier wäre es toll gewesen, zu beheizen, zumindest bis Ende Mai, wenn es z.T. noch nicht sehr heiß ist.

Unser erstes Zimmer roch stark modrig, nach Keller. Wir haben uns direkt am ersten Abend beschwert und nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt. Noch am selben Abend konnten wir umziehen – jedoch war das Hotel zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht ausgebucht.

Insgesamt hat das Hotel keine fünf Sterne verdient. Es gibt zu viele Schwächen.

The facilities were excellent, and the staff were consistently polite and welcoming. The entertainment team was particularly good with children, creating a fun atmosphere while also being respectful and knowing when to give guests their space. The swimming pool and water slides were enjoyable and well maintained. There was a wide variety of food available, offering plenty of choice throughout our stay. After five days, however, the menu began to feel a little repetitive, although the overall quality and selection were good.

Cons:

Upon arrival, the room was beautifully prepared, with tea and coffee-making facilities, milk, and a complimentary plate of fruit, which was a very thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. However, during the remainder of our stay, the housekeeping standards did not consistently reflect those expected of a 5-star property. The milk was not replenished, some cutlery was removed and not replaced, and the beds were not always made up to a high standard. While the initial presentation of the room was excellent, the ongoing housekeeping service could be improved to provide a more consistent guest experience.

חזרנו מחופשה מושלמת ורציתי באמת להמליץ מכל הלב על המלון הזה ❤️

נסענו לחגוג יום הולדת לאמא שלי ולאחי, והצוות פשוט ריגש אותנו ברמות. הם קישטו במיוחד את המקום שבו ישבנו בארוחה לכבוד יום ההולדת, קישטו גם את החדר בבלונים, ואפילו הפתיעו עם עוגה לשולחן 🎂
הרגיש שהם באמת משקיעים באורחים ונותנים יחס אישי וחם.

הניקיון היה טוב מאוד: החליפו מגבות כל יום ושטפו את החדר .
הכי חשוב לנו היה הניקיון כי אחותי אלרגית לאבק והם היו מעולים .

האוכל היה טעים מאוד, מגוון ובשפע. היו תמיד גם אופציות בשריות וגם חלביות, ככה שכל אחד מצא מה לאכול ובאמת שלא היה חסר כלום.
המלון הוא הכל כלול אמיתי — אוכל, נשנושים, גלידות, שתייה קלה ואלכוהול לאורך כל היום,
צוות בידור מקסים, הופעות מקסימות,
והכול ממש על קו הים 🌊

עוד משהו חשוב — המלון יחסית רחוק מהעיר המרכזית (בערך שעה), אבל יש למטה חנות ומחוץ למלון 2 דק הליכה
שאפשר לקנות בה דברים אם חסר משהו.
ותמיד אפשר להזמין הסעה מהמלון ולצאת לטייל מסביב מאוד יפה גם העיר העתיקה,
אין קניון באי , כל חנויות בוטיק מקומיות.

למי שמתעניין בהסעה:
אנחנו שילמנו על ואן זה עלה 110 לשדה תעופה . צריך פשוט לדבר עם המלון יומיים לפני כדי שיארגנו הסעה אם רוצים.
וגם הם מארגנים בוסטר לתינוק.

והערה קטנה להורים עם תינוקות 👶
אם אתם מגיעים עם תינוק/ת, חשוב מאוד להתארגן מראש עם אוכל תינוקות, גרברים ,אבקת חלב וכדומה, כי במלון אין מוצרים כאלה.
בקיצור — זאת חופשה מהממת למי שרוצה לצאת מהלחץ של החיים ולחזור רגועים .
הייתה חופשה מושלמת, שירות מדהים, אוכל מעולה ואווירה כיפית ומפנקת. בהחלט מקום שהייתי חוזרת אליו שוב ❤️

Pros:

Staff was incredible - Very friendly (honourable mention for Stamatina!), helpful, very kind to the kids and visibly respectful to each other. When we had minor issues or requests they really took a great effort to make us happy.
Food was 10/10: HUGE buffet for Breakfast and Dinner, countless options, with lots of daily variation.
All in all great value for money and an amazing holiday with kids.
Rooms were great, bed was comfy.
