Hôtel un peu en retrait mais il faut une voiture dans toute l’île de toute façon si vous voulez bouger c’est partout comme ça.
Si je devais dire une chose les snacks ne sont pas assez variés (pas de cakes…) et s’arrêtent trop tôt dans le all inclusive 10:30-12:00 / 15:00-17:00
Cinque stelle sulla carta, forse quattro nella realtà. Chi prenota qui aspettandosi il livello dichiarato resterà deluso, e ci metto poco a spiegare perché. L'unico elemento davvero all'altezza è la spiaggia, bellissima e ben posizionata. La camera, nel nostro caso con piscina in comune, corrisponde alle foto.
I problemi cominciano prima ancora di arrivare. Dalla strada provinciale fino all'ingresso non c'è un cartello, un'indicazione, un'insegna: nulla. Senza Maps non saremmo mai riusciti a trovare la struttura, e per un cinque stelle è una mancanza imperdonabile.
Il personale della reception è professionale: check-in rapido, presidio 24 ore, accompagnamento in camera con i bagagli. Al buffet invece il servizio di sala non è assolutamente da cinque stelle, si formano code e attese in continuazione. Colpisce il contrasto con il bel tavolo sempre riservato al direttore e al suo staff, apparecchiato e libero mentre i clienti aspettano in piedi. Il personale non è al servizio del cliente, in qualche caso persino scontroso. La proposta gastronomica in sé è ricca e discretamente varia.
La pulizia sta nella media, con polvere evidente su muri, quadri e specchi, e il minibar in formula all inclusive è vuoto: ogni richiesta passa dalla reception.
Il punto peggiore sono i servizi. La spa si riduce a una stanzetta per l'hammam e a una piccola sauna. La palestra è sporca, senza aria condizionata, con i pesi lasciati in disordine per giorni e nessuno che a fine giornata passi a sistemare la sala. Il parcheggio è incustodito, fuori dalla struttura, in piena campagna e completamente al buio.
C'è una bella terrazza sul mare con dei salottini, peccato che di sera le luci restino sempre spente. Funzionano solo quelle di emergenza e le persone sono costrette a illuminarsi con il telefono. Un vero peccato.
Con due bambini piccoli la delusione maggiore è stata l'animazione.

Animazione inesistente. I ragazzi ci provano ma non hanno l'esperienza che serve e non sono guidati come dovrebbero.
I bar lasciano a desiderare sia per l'offerta che per la cortesia (formula all inclusive inutile).
Il ristorante serve pietanze che non permettono di scegliere se pranzare o cenare Light con le dovute alternative. Non ho visto accoglienza e/o dedizione al cliente da parte della direzione sia direttamente che indirettamente. Il cliente non è al centro dell'attenzione.

We have been kindly upgraded to a vip suite with private pool which made our stay even better.
The property is clean and the facilities are pleasant and never felt crowded despite being fully booked.
The food could be a bit better and more diversified.
The alcohol included in the ultra all inclusive should be improved

The pool opens only at 10. No time for actual swimming.
People leave their towels before 10,
Save lounge chairs, (all day long) even though they’re not there most of the time, so no chairs available later in the day for a family.

The location is great. There is a beach across the street. However, the resort is 1 hour drive by car from Corfu's centre.
Better cleaning. A bit expensive for what you get.

It was great for the kids. The slides, the swimming pools, private beach and nightly entertainment were all wonderful! Kids club staff were amazing ❤️
