Angenehmer Aufenthalt in historischem Ambiente.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war über alle Zweifel erhaben. Das Brot und die Gipfeli der hauseigenen Bäckerei waren erstklassig und deren Geruch stiegen uns bereits beim Öffnen der Zimmertür in die Nase. Das historische Engadinerhaus ist für sich schon eine Entdeckung. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war zweckmässig und die Betten gut.

Cons:

Die textilen Bezüge der beiden Stühle waren fleckig und ein bisschen arg beansprucht.

Pleasant stay in Zuoz, the loveliest village.
Pros:

Pleasant hotel in the center of Zuoz, right next to the plaza. It's a historical hotel, so it's not modern. But it has charm. We also had a decently sized balcony with a nice view to the town. The room was also a very good size.

Very nice breakfast and good coffee (decently strong which is not typical in hotels). The bakery and cafe also offer a large variety of options. I can definitely recommend the apple strudel.

The staff were very friendly.

The church bells did not bother at all. They only rung on the hour and not in the night, although we live in Switzerland and may be used to it, so we do not notice.

Cons:

- squeaky floorboards, but not bad at all - we were not disturbed by any noise in any other rooms, but some may be extra sensitive
- bathroom is clean, but not renovated (older), so it's not the most pleasant, the ventilation grate over the tub is not so nice, but okay
- 7:30 breakfast is a bit late for those who are in the area for business

Great central location, spacious room, very comfortable with large sitting area, great breakfast.
Pros:

Central location in Zuoz plaza, excellent bakery /restaurant attached. Staff was outstanding, extremely helpful that went above and beyond to store our luggage and help with us with laundry service which is not a normal service. We came off a hut to hut hike and they quickly accommodated us to get us checked into room early so that we could clean up and relax. Room was spacious, nice windows opened into courtyard and while has a shared toilet /shower we didn't have any issues with access and there was a nice sink in the room with a very comfortable sitting area both in the room and outside the room. Highly recommend.

Cons:

We loved everything about our stay but it is worth mentioning that the church bells will continue during the night-time. The good news is that the window seal quite well to block noise while sleeping however if you prefer more silence as I do, my ear plugs work very well.

Materasso duro come un mattone. Abbiamo chiesto un topper ma non era disponibile. Notte insonne. Il pavimento scricchiola da paura, quando camminano al piano superiore sembra che crolli il soffitto.

Un ambiente caldo e tradizionale, ma non all’altezza delle aspettative

La posizione centrale, con affaccio sulla splendida piazza, la tranquillità, l’arredo di legno tradizionale, l’ampiezza della camera con tavolo e capienti armadi, il comodo parcheggio, il caffè-pasticceria con dehors, il buon ristorante

Cons:

Il bagno cieco senza ventola e nessun sapone/shampoo di cortesia ( solo un dispenser, i piumini troppo caldi per la temperatura esterna (essendo un’estate molto calda), la colazione senza torte o altri dolci della pasticceria annessa all’hotel ( tranne la squisita marmellata), stanza buia con finestrina piccola. E soprattutto la mancanza di un’area comune, di un salottino di qualche tipo, a parte il bar
