Best vacation I have had in years!
Pros:

Lili the hostess was very helpful. The location was quite clean and beautiful. The breakfast meals that were included were delicious and artfully presented. Our room had a lushly landscaped courtyard and covered patio with a hammock. The Loretta’s restaurant had great food and waitstaff. Spectacular sunsets were part of our dinners.

Cons:

That I only booked one week instead of two!

Extrem gutes Essen. Aber auch sehr teuer. Die Leute alle sehr nett und sehr sauber. Wir konnten früher einchecken.

Cons:

Es war nur ein kleiner Bereich Sandstrand. Sonst besteht der Strand aus einem Seegrasteppich. Der Preis der Unterkunft war sehr teuer.

Wunderschöne Tage in einem kleinen Paradies mit Traumstrand und superfreundlichen Mitarbeitenden.
Pros:

Ein kleines Paradies auf Isla Mujeres. Die Anlage ist in einem kleinen Garten eingebettet und arbeitet mit Lorettas Beach Club zusammen. So hat man als Gast das Privileg, den Pool, den kleinen, aber wunderschönen und sauberen Privatstand mit genügend Liegen, Kajaks, SUP kostenlos nutzen zu dürfen. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön, sauber, mit einem bequemen grossen Bett. Beachtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Frühstück gibt es a la Carte im Beachclub. Das Essen da ist allgemein sehr lecker. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind super nett, zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und verstehen ihren Job. Mit Lili hat das Marias Kan Kin eine Perle. Lili ist unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit, warmherzig und erfüllt jeden Wunsch. Wir können das Marias Kin Kan ohne Vorbehalte weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder reservieren.

I would recommend this hotel We were made very welcome by the hotel proprietor.
Pros:

We were made very welcome by the hotel proprietor. The location was quiet and close to the reef park with a lovely beach. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. A coffee machine was in the room. The breakfast was good with a reasonable amount of choice. The restaurant is operated by a different company and we had mixed experiences there.

Cons:

We were only supplied with two small bottles of drinking water a day (all other hotels we stayed in provided unlimited water in larger containers outside or in the room). The drinks with breakfast were also limited to two, either a small coffee or fruit juice. The fruit juice was a glass full of ice, topped up with juice. Although when I asked for "no ice" I got half a glass of orange juice. We ate one evening in the hotel restaurant, the service was very very slow and it was expensive. However we were offered a discount due to the busy restaurant and poor service.

Definitely recommend!
Pros:

Amazing location for people looking for quiet stay away from the main tourist areas. Great breakfast with a lot of choice options. Very friendly stuff and super helpful management! Hotel close to few nice restaurants, pharmacy and walk distance to Punta Sur!

Cons:

There was no hot water but honestly that was not a problem at all!

This hotel is not as described and is very over priced

The garden was pretty

Cons:

There was no hot water for the sink in our room the decor had not been updated since the sixties and the room was cavelike - really dark with strip lighting and a very uncomfortable bed. When asked about the hot water to the sink the answer was there was none which obviously raises hygiene concerns re staff handwashing in the restaurant. We chose the hotel on the basis that it was small and there was access to a private beach - this was not a private quiet beach for hotel guests only but in fact a busy beach club. There was constant buzzing from a generator so you could not sit outside and the balcony was very open with hard uncomfortable chairs. All other guests we spoke to felt the same and one couple left and another moved to a seafront room where decor was improved but then said their room was very noisy. The breakfast was cold 50 percent of the time and despite being “included” we had to pay extra for almond milk. I am not a fussy guest and like simplicity but this was sub standard on many levels

Fantastisk beliggenhed lige på stranden. Der var også mulighed for at låne kajakker på stedet.
Vi fik dejlig morgenmad hver dag inkluderet i prisen. Stort udvalg af forskellige retter at vælge mellem.
Hotellet (Lily) arrangerede en dejlig snorkeltur til os og vi i det hele taget behjælpelig på alle måder

Cons:

Personalet i restauranten var svære at kommunikere med på engelsk og betjeningen var meget langsom.

What an incredible stay. Perfect recharge and intimate location with a lovely private beach.
Pros:

What a hidden gem in a chill part of the island. We will stay here again for sure. This place has one of the only private beaches on the south side of the island with a lovely pier, facilities, and waving seagrass beds. Being a boutique hotel without a ton of rooms, it also means you might have this beach all to yourself! The staff was incredible and willing to go over and above to plan activities like snorkeling, give us advice, and help book taxis and so forth.
