Relaxing, friendly.
Pros:

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, too many great options for food at the nearby plaza. The bed and the shower were both excellent. The staff were wonderful, friendly, kind and very helpful.

Cons:

Too many motorcycles and ATVs roaring up the street trying to impress the teenage girls exiting the secondary school a block or so away early afternoon and early evening.

Disappointing
Pros:

Good location near to downtown / central / markets.
Parking nearby (paid extra $150 MXN per night).
Hot water showers.
No barking dogs all night long but beware there's street noise (cars, etc.).

Cons:

Staff very unfriendly - it's like they didn't want us there.
Forced to pay hotel thru bank transfer - very disappointed I could not pay thru Booking.com which is normal practice. Seems like a convenient way to escape paying commissions.
When we arrived for check in they said we didn't pay???
Did not use the restaurant - nobody did.
Huge planters on entrance steps - and watered too much which caused a safety problem entering / leaving.
Hotel is in urgent need of renovation (URGENT).

Nueva experiencia! Siempre llegaba a cabañas;
Pros:

La atención del personal es excelente, la ubicación en cuanto a distancia del centro es buena ..cerca de restaurantes, comercios, el mercadito... El hotel en áreas comunes y habitación muy limpio.

Cons:

La calle donde está el hotel es muy concurrida, deje el ventanal abierto para dormir con el fresco de la noche pero me fue imposible por los ruidos de carros, motos, música a alto volumen en horas de la noche y madrugada, etc. Etc... Las siguientes noches cerré el ventanal y se mitigo un poco el ruido y aún así sigue siendo molesto, y tampoco disfrute de sentir lo fresco por mantener el ventanal cerrado.
