No fridge. The room we had was large enough for a mini fridge. It would have been very much appreciated.
No Do Not Disturb sign to put on the door. Couldn’t enjoy a lie in without wondering if and when the cleaners would knock on the door. I stayed while having radiotherapy and would have loved a lie in. Should have advised staff, but expected there to be a sign.
Most hotels have a couple of toothbrush glasses which can act as wine glasses for a nightcap. The ceramic toothbrush holder didn’t quite do the job 😅.
Payment process for car park could have been better explained up front.

Tutto il resto. Pulizia scarsa, cura dell’ambiente pessimo. Doccino vecchio e arrugginito, il odore sgradevole nell’ambiente.
Troppo rumoroso di notte.

Não ter elevador

The nosiy outside, they opened bar a random day of the week and all the people stayed outside down my balcony. I woke up at 2 am cuz the noise of multiple people talking I couldn't sleep for next 2 hours. It's not everyday like this they open the bar an spontaneous night.

Piccolo il doccino.

No tiene acceso a wifi salvó en el área de cafetería. Son tres pisos por escalera. Es caro en proporción al servicio que prestan. Las habitaciones son básicas. Faltan cestos de basura en el dormitorio. Recomiendo buscar otras opciones.

Niente la consiglierei

El agua de la ducha no tenía presión
El descuento de parking cercano no aplicaba si no te quedabas más de una noche.
El ruido del pasillo se escucha en la habitación, las llegadas de otros huéspedes a altas horas.

El ruido de la calle, pero también hay que tener en cuenta que era semana santa y había mucha gente en la calle

Shared bathroom but it was great valve

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in an hotel facility, it’s summer and the Air conditioner didn’t work as expected, literally only works as a ventilator, the humidity was awful, there is no administration personnel in the facility and nobody will respond your complaints, as others commented it a little bit noisy because is in the center, I leave the property before my deadline time because the administration didn’t solve the AC unit problem, and didn’t offer me to relocate to another room. They don’t even respond to my complaints after 2 nights.

Nothing

Unfortunately our shower fitting was not compatible with its wall holder and the shower door kept coming off its runners . Apart from that very good stay as usual

Shower had no pressure, basically not much more than a dribble so could not wash my hair.
No wifi in the room - I had limited roaming data.
No blanket- my sister was cold in the night.
