Pros:

Hotel Ilbertz was clean and had an excellent location. The Lanxess Arena was less than a kilometre away on foot, and the cathedral was also within easy walking distance by crossing one of the bridges over the Rhine. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Zentrale Lage in der Nähe des Veranstaltungsort, Thesz, wo ich hin wollte. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Parkplatzsituation. Vor dem Haus ist halten nicht möglich. Es gibt eine kleine Garage, die aus meiner Sicht aber sehr teuer war. Dafür konnte ich bei der Abreise mein Auto aber noch bis nachmittags stehen lassen.
