Το προσωπικό στη reception και στον χώρο του πρωινού είναι ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό, το πρωινό είναι καλό. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, πολύ κοντά επίσης στον σταθμό Messe/Deutz, ενώ σε απόσταση μερικών λεπτών υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, μπυραρίες, σούπερ μάρκετ...

Cons:

Σε όλα τα έπιπλα του δωματίου υπήρχε ένα στρώμα σκόνης και γενικά το δωμάτιο δεν φαινόταν πολύ καθαρό. Χρειάστηκε να ξεσκονίσω όλες τις επιφάνειες ώστε να μπορέσω να ακουμπήσω οτιδήποτε πάνω σε αυτές. Στο μπάνιο υπήρχε μόνο ένα σαπουνάκι χεριών και όταν τελείωσε, ενώ ζητήσαμε να μας φέρουν, δεν έφεραν ποτέ, οπότε χρησιμοποιούσαμε το υγρό σαπούνι από την ντουζιέρα. Η πόρτα της ντουζιέρας είχε μούχλα στο κάτω μέρος. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν από τη μεριά του δρόμου και είχε αρκετή φασαρία. Τέλος, δεν υπήρχε ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο, παρότι αναφέρεται στη booking ότι υπάρχει σε όλα τα δωμάτια.

Trés bon séjour dans un bel hotel bien situé.

Trés bon accueil ; Possibilité de louer un parking sécurisé. Belle chambre bien équipée au calme. Trés bon petit déjeuner préparé et servi par une personne aux petits soins;
