Staff, facilities, sea view
The management/ manager / owner’s saving- money strategy.
While we as clients were expecting 5 stars level of service, we were surprised in the check in that during the night the power will be cut for 2 hours!! This is absolutely not acceptable, at least this must be known and we had to be told in advance!!
The reception staff were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. My room was always clean, the housekeeping team did a great job, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was also convenient and overall I had a great experience. I would definitely choose this hotel again whenever I visit Beirut.
I paid $126 for one night, yet the room was missing basic amenities such as tea and coffee. Inside the room, there was a paper stating that due to the economic situation in Lebanon, they had removed coffee, tea, slippers, robes, and other amenities. Unfortunately, this was never mentioned before the booking. For the price paid, I expected at least clear communication and basic hotel standards.
