A parte externa é muito aconchegante. Muitas opções de piscinas. Localização excelente

Quando estive, a parte infantil não estava pronta, então em muitos momentos as crianças não tinham onde ficar e acabavam entrando em todos os lugares ao mesmo tempo.

Me trataram super mal sem razão nenhuma, o que me parece que é um hotel meio fechado com um público deles mesmo e quem vem de fora eles tratam muito mal. E no fim acabou só pelo fato de estar no carro arrumar minhas coisas para ir eles me expulsaram do hotel, jogando até a lanterna na minha car.a

Me trataram como um marginal, totalmente Grosso, entraram várias vezes no meu quarto sem permissão mesmo com avisos e tranças, cheguei a colocar câmera e por fim, me colocaram tanta pressão de jogar lanterna no meu olho sem razão nenhuma! Não sei se é pq se trata de um hotel de hóspedes fechado, nao entendi nada! Sai as pressas ate pras autoridades eu liguei
