A localização é ótima
Pros:

O apartamento é confortável. Porém tem cheiro de mofo. O ar-condicionado totalmente sujo. Cheio de poeira. Impossível de usar. O que salvou foi o café da manhã.

Cons:

Cheiro de mofo. Falta melhorar a iluminação. E limpar o ar-condicionado.o chuveiro é horrível
