boa, mas com alguns pontos importantes a melhorar
Pros:

O apartamento é muito bom, tem dois quartos, uma sala de estar e a cozinha. É espaçoso. O chuveiro é bem quente e a pressão de água é ótima

Cons:

O cobertor estava com um cheiro muito forte de sujo, algumas tomadas não funcionavam, o quarto estava com cheiro de mofado
